In 2006, my Furnace had stopped working and they were giving a promotional free estimate. Their rep told me that my furnace was outdated and parts were no longer available and gave me an estimate of $5,000, to replace the furnace and all the heating ducts. I told them that I would call them back, when I was ready to replace everything. The next day, my brother and I went to a shop, in Sand City and found a new motor. Went back to my house and installed it. The furnace worked just fine, afterwards. These types of businesses are scammers and will take advantage of you. They are not to be trusted.
