I live in a house that’s only 6 years old with my unit AC unit still under warranty for parts. Shawn with Star Mechanical was quick to determine what needed to be repaired and was able to fix it before he left. I appreciate having such a quick response and repair especially during the hottest time of the year. Would most definitely use again if needed.
Curtis from Star was pleasant and professional. He arrived on time and within minutes had cool air flowing back into my home! Curtis knows his craft. The cost was reasonable and the experience was great. I highly recommend Star , you won’t be disappointed.

A/C was not working - I called for help yesterday. Star Mechanics was here by 10:30 a.m. and did a great job. Explaining all that went wrong & got us all fixed up in less than 90 min. Thank you so much

An amazing overall experience! Very professional and understanding of my circumstances. They were able to diagnose the issue with my older unit through our written communication. Curtis was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained the process and answered any question I had without hesitation. He also noted the type of units we had and any information that may be necessary in the future when we do decide to replace out heating system that was also out of date. I would definitely refer their services and I now know who to call for our future AC and heating needs.
Curtis came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and then gave me some honest advice about what I might want to do, moving forward with my system. He was very informative and helpful. The price he charged was very fair and much lower than what I had been quoted by another company.

Star installed a new HVAC system last year. They called me to setup an appointment to clean and check my system. I setup the appointment as I was so pleased with the workmanship and integrity from my installation. They did not disappoint. They were out on time and cleaned and verified the the performance of the system and the charge was very fair. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC system you need. They are honest, fair and they do what they say.

I was very happy with the professionalism of the technicians that evaluated and maintenance my HVAC system. They were very quick and efficient. They explained the process and procedures. I was so pleased that I signed up for the bronze level maintenance plan.
Star Mechanical took my call at 9pm and was at my door by 7:30am. Very professional and respectful. Found the issue with the system, broken motor mount, and had it replaced with a better belt solution within an hour. During a heatwave their prompt response is highly appreciated.

Curtis was very punctual, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his work/skills and he even answered all my curious questions and educate me a lil on the function of the heating components and how it works.
