Yes, Alan did a good job . He Did a really quick and he double check? Up stairs and downstairs to make sure the airflow is running properly. Has a good knowledge of the Hvac and how it works and I recommend him to others also thanks to climate care great company No, that's it.
Alan Corona did a great job. He is very knowledgeable at his craft. He went over all specs of my unit. It’s hard to find a honest tech and Alan went above and beyond. If you are in need of an AC tech, Alan is your guy.

I got home today after work and it was hot. My AC was not working. Ugh! I called Climate Care and the customer service I received from the young lady that answered my call to the tech that came to my house, Chris Hayes, was great. Chris was here within 30 minutes and had our AC working shortly after. Thank you for being so responsive, professional, informative and polite.
Allen was very helpful and did his job very well. Explained everything very well and I want him to do my service next time.

Senior tech Ricardo Sanchez serviced my AC system. He was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He gave great recommendations on how we should move forward with our AC system. He wasn’t pushy or forceful in his sales pitch. He just simple explained our AC system very throughly and gave recommendations. From our first meeting he seemed to be a person of integrity. If everyone in the company holds themselves to the same standard then the company is full of great people.

Ivan Lupian was professional on the INSTANT he appeared at our Front Door. Calm and collective and friendly, he inspired confidence that we were dealing with a “Top-Notch” company in Climate Care. Ivan took time to address my questions and educate me in the science of HVAC. Ivan had awareness of our outdoor decorative outdoor sign of “no shoes” allowed in home, so we were happy Ivan was “customer-oriented”. Polite throughout our conversations, Ivan respected our decision-process in obtaining maintenance or repair needs for our 2-Story1994 Single Family Home which we purchased in March 2016. Pleasant to work with Ivan… and if I were a business owner, I definitely would hire Ivan! We will be researching the Market for a future purchase of a modern HVAC system. Climate Care will certainly be highly considered AND highly recommended. It is GOOD to know that Climate Care RE-certifies their Techs every 3 months, in the recent light of the tragic Oceangate Submarine Tragedy of 5 deaths while exploring near the sunken Titanic. Kudos to the 2 Owners of Climate Care!
Ricardo was on time and extremely professional. He went the extra mile to take pictures and explained every part that was tested, checked or cleaned.

Alan, the technician from Climatic care came to my home to do HVAC maintenance. He did a great job starting from replacing the filter, checking AC output, inspecting the AC unit, running diagnostic tests, cleaning/washing the unit, running the test results with me and explaining in detail what’s going on with the AC system. He’s very professional, respectful and thorough in his work. Very very happy with his work. Will request his service again for the next checkup.
