My (almost) 30 year old HVAC finally gave up the ghost. I called another company who came out, looked at the compressor and said it was not worth repairing (which I knew), but after setting up a time to send someone out to give me an estimate--they never showed. I read the reviews on West Coast AC & Heating Repair, called, and they sent a guy out the SAME day, estimate was a very fair price and Erik was very friendly. Had to call the plumber to reroute the gas line, but after that, they came out just 3 days later to install the new HVAC. Being in a 110 year old house, that was not an easy feat, but they did a wonderful job. I have cool air now and am very happy! These guys are great---don't look any further

My outside A/C unit died (thankfully in the winter) so gave West Coast AC & Heating Repaira call and they were able to come early the next day. David found the real issue and fixed it quickly. He was very helpful and explained what had broken and even answered other general questions I had. Great service
This is an EXCELLENT company. They responded quickly to any of my questions and requests for changes. They also went above and beyond by helping me with setting up my city inspection appointment. All this on top of giving me the best price! Highly recommended
Had an air flow problem in some rooms upstairs. Technician assessed the next business day, and two hours later more folks showed up to run a new dedicated duct, because the home builder didn't do a great job initially. Now the family is no longer sweating upstairs at night and the AC unit actually runs for shorter amounts of time. Love it!

I was impressed by the project manager's understanding of what we needed and how best to optimize performance, and the price was very competitive. The installation crews were timely, efficient, and professional, and we are very happy with the work that was done. I have used West Coast AC & Heating Repairtwice now, starting last spring when another company (whose name is the same as an ancient bead calculator) tried to sell me an expensive new system by showing me things that my later research taught me were not problems. I called West Coast AC & Heating Repairfor a second opinion without telling them about what the first company had said. David let me follow him through his entire examination, taking the time to explain everything and answering all of my questions. He found nothing wrong with my system (HVAC and heating), and I have had no problems this summer. This fall, I signed up for West Coast AC & Heating Repair's annual inspection plan, and was surprised to see David again. It seems that West Coast AC & Heating Repairtries to keep a customer with the same technician - a great policy from my point of view. Cannot recommend West Coast AC & Heating Repairhighly enough
By far the best explanation of how, what, where, when. Meaning what had to happen to make a 3.5 ton do what it is capable of. Friendly, fast service. Very reasonable priced.
