Great company... great team. They all came through as they promised they would. Erik is a good man and Jeff and his assistants left The place as found... with The exception of a new working HVAC system. I look forward to a great relationship moving forward. Highly recommend

When I saw that Ron AC & Heating Repair is owned by the Osgood brothers, I expected the service to be great and wasn't disappointed. I called for a fall checkup and they had me scheduled for the same week. David, the technician, called and said he could come early. He came, did the checkup, and was out in less than an hour. I had a bunch of questions about using the HVAC systems with a standby generator and David was happy to answer all my questions. Ron AC & Heating Repair will be our go-to HVAC company from now on
Emilio at Ron AC & Heating Repairis professional and experienced. He was able to find the issue with our unit and had our air conditioning cooling again quickly. He replaced our a/c filters and told me when is the best time to replace them. I've got Ron AC & Heating Repair on schedule for next year. Thank you
Sincere thanks from 9 month pregnant mama! These guys are on top of it! We called this morning to see if we could get someone out today since it's going to be a really HOT day and our AC was out. They were able to squeeze us in same day and Terry came out and had our AC running within 15 minutes. Total time from call to service was under 2 hours. Quickly responded to online booking request; they were able to squeeze us in even earlier due to a cancellation. Thorough review of our ac issue - in the end we decided to replace our 20+ year old unit. Richard arrived and checked the issue that I requested. He determined that a prior tech from another company had misdiagnosed the issue. He checked the capacitor, found it defective and replaced it. He confirmed that the new capacitor was in spec. System now runs well and cost was in line with estimate. Will hire them again for annual maintenance

Prompt, accurate, precise and timely...all on a Sunday! We got on Sunday and realized something was amiss with our AC. I immediately started looking for someone to come out and Ron AC & Heating Repair was suggest. I checked them out, saw the 5 stars and called with a prayer. (Tough to get companies to respond these days.) Terry called back in less than 5 minutes and said he could come out but had 2 folks ahead of us. Said he'd call when he was on the way, and he did. He figured out the issue and was done with the repairs in minutes. Just in time to watch the Astros play in our cool home. We can't recommend them enough! After another company came and told me that I had to replace my entire unit (an almost $5k cost), Ron AC & Heating Repair was able to send out someone the next day to give me a 2nd opinion and take a look at my unit. Emilio immediately figured out how to fix the unit to get the compressor working again, and also found a leak that was leading to the low refrigerant. He literally found all of this in about 20 minutes of being there. The other company was there inspecting my unit for over an hour, even the service manager came out...and they still couldn't figure it out (and their conclusion was just to replace the entire unit). Highly recommend going with Ron AC & Heating Repair for any AC needs
Great communication and installation. Fair price on a premium Trane system. Other manufacturers are more aggressive with discounting programs and more engaged with installers. I love Trane and wanted it for the long haul. Took a while to get the second unit in due to supply chain, but installation was a snap. Get overall experience with Ron AC & Heating Repair
Staff even re-programmed my thermostat after finding out that the the heat system wasn't set up correctly, also showed me how to clean up the outside unit. I used to use another local company, but I think they took me for granted, I haven't regretted switching over to Ron AC & Heating Repair.
These guys are super responsive, quick to schedule, and get the job done right. Emilio came out twice to my home and fixed two different problems with my AC unit that he found right away. He was straight to the point and knew exactly what he was doing. I don't feel bamboozled when they tell me what I owe either, which is a pleasant surprise. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a good job of giving recommendations about how to keep my A/C working well. I look forward to them coming through again this fall to look check the vents when the weather is cooler
