HONEST REVIEW. I read the reviews and was hesitant after first American home warranty selected this contractor. I was wrong. They were able to service us within a couple days, professional, fast & polite Shane M. helped fix our a/c. Thank you for the great service. TAKE THE REVIEWS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. PEOPLE BE LYING!!!!
Almost feel helpless with them. My home warranty works with them. Their technician has deemed that my compressor needs to be replaced. I’ve called several times to the installation dept, and no parts have been ordered. They tell me everyday someone will give you a call the next day/ end of the day. However, no one ever does. It’s been a week now. I have a newborn baby, and my house reaches temperatures of 95 degrees in this heat wave. It’s come to a point where their staff is hanging up on me, and they’re not answering my phone calls. Left several messages for their manager in the installation dept, and no call back either. I paid extra for installation/ labor on top of what my home warranty covers. They took my money with no movement on my claim.

Had my AC stop cooling right before massive three digit heatwave, my home warranty (First American Home Warranty) assigned SPHA and they called me the next morning (Sunday) to schedule for Tuesday. I was feeling pretty concerned after reading the other reviews here on Yelp but Jesus was my technician and he was awesome! Got a call in the morning that I was next in line, and then Jesus showed up to fix things. He was very thorough and let me know that the couple symptoms I was seeing was most likely the same root cause, he found the mechanical failure and fixed it all up for me easily and quickly. His work is guaranteed for 30 days and I can call if anything breaks again in that time.
Lorenzo Was great. I had AC issues and he fixed it in a matter of minutes. Also informed me what else I'll need to prepare for.
Our AC repair was assigned to this company by First American Home Warranty. I must admit I was scared after looking up South Placer's consumer reports. But I am relieved to report that we had a positive experience. I reported the failure of our AC to FAMW on Sunday 6/18, got a call from the AC company on Monday 6/19. A technician came out on the morning of 6/21 and fixed my AC within an hour. Very thankful. In no way do I question the difficulties experienced by other customerns. The complaints dating back to 2017 and earlier ring true to me. I have experienced similar difficulties with contractors assigned to me to First American Home Warranty. However, today were were fortunate to have our home applicance repaired quickly, efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
They did a great job and were all very personable. I have no complaints and am very happy to have our new system in place.
Referred from my home warranty. Kevin was awesome. He called when he was on his way. Kept the work area cleaner than when he arrived. He replaced the a/c blower motor quickly and I had my a/c back up and running. Highly recommend

The technician was great it was like we knew him for years. He was very nice and polite. He had things working in no time. The office kept up to date on when we were next up and when the technician was coming. Would recommend them if you need service on your A/C unit.

Nick called and said he was about 10mins out and arrived on-time. He was very respectful of my home and time and got to work immediately. He explained what my ac unit's isssue was and repaired it quickly. My ac blows much quieter and cooler. Great job, Nick and South Placer!

This companly pulled a no call no show to an appointment that was scheduled. They then sent an email 30 minutes after their arrival window saying someone was on their way, still no one showed up. This is the second time I have had issues with this company, I also have a property manager for one of my properties that says they have had nothing but trouble with this company as well. I would not reccomend doing business with them.
They NO SHOWED me without calling me. I had an appointment for 3 weeks for last Friday. They gave me a window of between 10 to 4. At noon, I called and was told that they would be here at 2:30pm. I called again at 3:30pm and was promised that they would be there for sure sometime that day. I asked them to contact the individual doing the repair to get a better idea of when they would arrive. She put me on hold and after a few minutes hung up. When I called back...the message stated that they were closed for the day. HORRIBLE service. Do not use this company.
