Had a shower valve burst in my condo, with flooding between the walls of my unit. The team of Ray, Michael, and Lawrence came out and were professional and efficient. Ray explained the entire process to me from beginning to end and was most helpful during a difficult time. I highly recommend ServPro of El Dorado Hills.
General air conditioner service to make sure we're ready for the hot Northern Ca. summers! Crystal blue had some do it myself recommendations for sealing the box on the wall from water running behind it as it wasn't mounted well by the company that installed the unit. I appreciate the advice and this is something I can easily do myself.
Nathan from Crystal Blue did an outstanding job on installing a new PRV and a FNW ball valve for us. We are glad that Crystal Blue has such highly skilled technician.

This has been another great experience With Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating and Air! We had a dripping shower faucet that needed to be replaced and Brandon Collins was our technician and he did an awesome job. All the work was done timely and with excellence. I had a sewer backup and a rental. Called Crystal Blue Sunday night and got a call back first thing Monday morning. They were out there by 1:30 that day and got it all taken care of. This was the second time I’ve used them for the same issue. The reason I continue to come back to them is their customer service. They are responsive and communicate with you through the whole procedure. Friendly and helpful as well. Qualities that are not typical for businesses anymore. I trust them and will continue to use them.
Nate, and his assistant, did a great job. Nate located my problem, explained my options, and explained everything he was doing. Nate was very professional, and had a great personality! I would recommend him to anyone!!
They’ve performed a few different services for us now, and all of their technicians I dealt with were professional and responsive and seemed knowledgeable. Nathan is especially good. Great quality workmanship and timely performance. Great notification system lets you know in advance who will be coming to do the work. Excellent company all around!
Very professional and eager to help me find the problem with my air conditioner. They listened to my descriptions and were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Prices are reasonable. Most of all they are quick to respond to messages. Great company. I definitely recommend them.
I really like these guys. So professional friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced the ductwork and installed dampers to even flow air across the house and into each room. They completed the work, adjusted the flows, checked them to my satisfaction, cleaned up, sent me before and after photos. I am part of a maintenance program where they come 3 times a year and check/ tune up my hvac clean my filters make sure optimally running. All of them super clean and neat, respectful, friendly. I can’t ask for more than that. And I’m supporting a local small business.
My AC wasn’t working and I originally went through my home warranty company to try and resolve the issue. The company they sent out told me I had a seized compressor and that I would need to replace that and should probably replace the entire AC system and furnace for the small price of $14-16k. This didn’t seem right to me so spoke to a few friends and was referred to Crystal Blue to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did and their tech Brad came out and came up with a completely different diagnosis. The repair was $260 and my AC was running within about an hour after the tech arrived. I was so impressed with the honesty and knowledge of the tech I signed up for a yearly maintenance service with Crystal Blue on the spot. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anybody.

Nathan was very professional and courteous throughout the entire service. He explained each step of what he was doing to hydrajet my drain. He also told me how to prevent the drain from clogging again. He also suggested for the future if I would be interested in getting a membership for servicing my entire house. I told him since I was moving that it may not be beneficial, however I may consider it for my next home.
Signed up for a membership with this business last year when I needed drainage work done in my backyard. This membership got me a better price on that work and also inspection of air conditioner and many other perks. My older unit checked out ok but needed Freon. Brad added today and I will say it’s a pleasure to do business with this company. They are efficient, honest and fair. The employees from appointment setting to install are all happy and professional and do the work they said they would do, in a efficient and courteous manner. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Nate helped us get the plumbing to the sinks at our new old house up to speed. He was prompt, and professional. Great communication with Crystal Blue. Like the text alerts, it makes coordination easier.
Brad lead his team in installing a mini split system in my older home. Because the home’s age, not everything went as planned and it took one extra day to complete. No one complained about the extra day chalking it up to wanting the job to be done right. Brad and the entire team were professional in my home, courteous to me and kept me informed along the way. All wearing masks the entire time, being respectful of my safety. They were also cognizant of my having dogs and always closed the gate whenever they went in and out of my back yard. They also were particularly careful to cover my floor and furniture, cleaning up debris and dust. Brad was exceptionally responsive to me from the moment he entered my home to give me an estimate. He listened to me even when I wasn’t sure of what I wanted, ensuring I got my questions answered, giving me multiple options to consider. He didn’t try to up sell any product or services, just offering me what I wanted. These were the biggest key factors in choosing Crystal Blue Plumbing and Heating for my home project. I highly recommend Crystal Blue and will keep them 8n my contacts for future plumbing and heating needs.
**Updated 3/16/2021** Drew did a wonderful job installing our new gable & whole house fan. We noticed we had a slight burning smell when running the heater... we thought it was just some dust but glad we were persistant. He found some old insulation in a cap that was catching on fire from a previous company - he fixed it correctly and I am so thankful for his expertise. We won't be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs! Delighted to have Drew back at our personal home for the next round of maintenance, upgrades and new installs. We appreciate their attention to detail, prompt response and wonderful support staff.
I had them come out to fix a leak under the sink, also found a bad pipe, which had to be replaced. Great communication from start to finish! On time, courteous and friendly. Things were explained thoroughly. Was a good experience, would definitely be my first call, and would definitely recommend!
Repaired leak and he did a good job. Would recommend your company again. Was granted a discount for repair of dry wall by my contractor.
