These guys are excellent with customer service. Nest support suggested that I contract with one of their approved reps (Young Air) to install a Nest eThetmostat. Christa, rightfully recommended that I just purchased a regular Nest thermostat and save the installation money. I am always grateful for businesses that exude integrity.
