The two man crew came rapidly at 8:30 and knocked on my door. I met them outside, got up on a step ladder and pointed out the problem: A too-short condensation drain pipe from the New A/C. Once I explained the problem, the guys rapidly got to work and solved the problem by extending the drain line. This little remediation job will save me from having to replace rotted fascia boards, composite roof tiles and it's underlayment. The crew was in and out in 1/2 an hour. My A/C condensation line drains properly. Job well done!
We ended up positive with COVID in 80 degree weather with no air conditioning and this was the only company who would come to check the Freon in our outside unit. They showed compassion when we contacted and understood the time crunch for our situation as we also have 4 small kids living here. They were super professional even though they had to stay outside of the building and quick to help recharge the air conditioner and seal the leak. They also offered a 30 day guarantee on the coolant so that once quarantine is over they are able to come inside to find the leak on the inside if there is still one. An amazing company, would recommend to anyone!

Today repairman Sam Comer arrived to check with camera the drain pipe for sump pump and he was very good as well. Very knowledgeable and with camera view was able to explain me what needs to be done! Plumber Ezekiel came on time and Ezekiel remembered which was meant to be done when providing quote and got straight into the job. Ezekiel had wonderful communications skills and provided superb workmanship on the repairs which I checked once he had completed each of them. We will definitely be using this business again for our plumbing services and requesting Ezekiel if possible to do our work.
