This guy should really retire, I thought I knew more than he did, lack of knowledge and so old he can barely move, wasted $85 for nothing
This small business is a HIDDEN gem in Lakewood. This morning I woke up to a freezing house. My heater was blowing cold air only. I called and Jerry answered the phone. I had to leave a message, but he called me back within an hour. He was able to come over the same day, within 45 minutes. He assessed the problem and told me my flame sensor had corrosion on it. He said it didn't need to be replaced, just cleaned. He cleaned the corrosion off with a little sand paper and my heater was like new again. Most places would have made me replace the part. This guy is HONEST and knows his trade well!!! The best thing about this business is that it is located near the Lakewood Mall area. I had no idea it was there. He will be getting my business from now on!!!
Jerry was a sweetheart. He clearly knows his business. He identified the problem and fixed it really quickly. We were so grateful to have AC again.
Over the past couple of years, I called Lakewood Heating & Air Conditioning to get my Applicance repair, and just this week I got my centralize ac repaired and still so satisfied with their job. I am recommending this company as they never fail, great service and great people.
Very Impressive! Lakewood Heating & Air Conditioning answered my call and helped me to set up an appointment. Soon their technician Joe arrived at our doorstep. He was neat, organized and perfect in his work. He helped to resolve filter issue with our AC. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the needed parts and done the work well in time!!! Definitely recommended!!
AMAZING service I have ever experienced.The technicians are very courteous and are experts at what they do. I am still amazed at flexibility and smooth the entire operation went. They quoted the price reasonably and no hidden charges.When you look at the completed work you know you dealt with highly professionals.When they finished the installation everything was clean and in place. You would never know you just had a new air conditioner and furnace installed. You will not find better service. Highly recommend you guys!!!
Amazing company! My heating system stopped working a few days ago, I called some random HVAC company who gave me a wrong diagnosis and tried to sell me a wireless system I did not need, but when I called Lakewood to have a second opinion. The lady who was the dispatch manager at Lakewood was so helpful, she sent me a technician on the same day. He assessed the issue in minutes and fixed it on the spot, he then made sure the system was working properly. I highly recommend Lakewood!

Excellent service. I called Lakewood Heating & Air Conditioning to service our dryer vent. And their technicians are very knowledgeable and honest people. In addition, their prices are fair and reasonable. Service availability is there when you need it. I couldn't as for more! Highly recommended!!!
