I was having some issues with my cell phone and wasn’t able to talk with Scott. He came by my house anyhow and fixed my plumbing issue. Nice that he came without being able to set up a date/time.
Scott spotted an issue with how my A/C system was originally set up that no other technician from other companies has noticed over the ten years of routine servicing. As a result, I was able to fix the issue myself, which boosted the cooling and heating power of the unit and dramatically cut down the time it takes to cool or heat my condo. I'm looking forward to the savings in electricity over the summer.
We were so pleased with the quick response for our heater needs. Nice and toasty again. Thanks to Mike and Joe. Both were very nice. We will definitely use Dial ONE again.
Would like to sincerely shout this business out, but specifically RJ. My boyfriend called this company a few weeks ago because we were having issues with our cooling system. RJ was sent to our property and he was on time, well spoken, and took the time to explain the problem once he diagnosed. RJ was quick to repair, cleaned up any mess almost like he was never there, and then checked in with us once more before he left. Please ensure RJ receives this. He is such an excellent HVAC tech. & Thank you again Dial One.
Had a major leak issue and Dial ONE responded quick and had someone out the same day. Mike gave us a proper rundown of the repairs we needed, was upfront with the cost and then repaired the issue in exact time quoted. Ours was a difficult job and they came thru for us. Will use them again for other proactive plumbing jobs on our house.

Initially contacted to replace an old toilet, which they're still helping me shop for...but in the meantime, did a fab job of flushing my tankless water heater, rebuilding my leaky kitchen faucet, among a fe other jobs around the house. Mike is super nice, knowledgeable, thorough, and very patient (I ask a lot of questions!). It feels good to have a trustworthy source I can count on for all my future plumbing needs.

Scott came out and troubleshot everything that could possibly be wrong with our A/C. Thank goodness he found what it and was able to fix it on the spot. Thank goodness for us it was at the start of this heatwave. He was super knowledgeable and professional, we will definitely call and ask for him again in case we ever need work done.

Dial One Shilling and Scott did an outstanding job repiping/remodeling our kitchen sink with an undersink water heater, new faucet, new water purifier, and also our separate bar sink. They discovered problems with our piping and quickly and professionally repiped under our house. Solved a longstanding problem for us. Very highly recommended

Mike from Dial ONE is the best plumber I’ve ever known, I will never use any other plumbing company from now on. Mike is SO nice, which is much appreciated. He gathered all the parts and called to see if they could come 3 days early (yes!), they installed the water heater, put in a new drain pan, updated the drain pipe to code and installed a hot water recirculating pump. I now have hot water to all the faucets and showers in less than 10 seconds—trust me, I counted. Used to take almost 2 minutes for my shower to heat up. I could not be happier. THEN they sang happy birthday to me.
