We needed a couple of small repairs and we always use Saddleback because they are so dependable, pleasant and professional. Shay came out and was super awesome.
On time, courteous, friendly, professional. I will ask for this person ; Walt for future repairs.
The plumber was professional, on time, and took care of my clogged drain. He also showed me how to keep a toilet from running all day. I'll go back to Saddleback for all my plumbing needs!
I have used Saddleback Plumbing several times. The first was for an urgent pipe leak repair on a Saturday morning - a pipe had a pinhole leak that was causing water to drip from a downstairs bedroom ceiling. A technician was at my home within a couple of hours after my call and made the repair to the pipe very quickly and with a minimum amount of damage to the ceiling. The second time was to re-install a toilet that had been removed for some flooring work. The flooring contractors said the work was beyond their comfort level due to the way it was initially installed by the builder. Once again, a Saddleback Plumbing technician was at my door that afternoon (a Friday before a 3-day weekend!) and made the necessary repairs - the flooring contractors said the work was the best they had ever seen. Most recently, we needed a water heater replaced. The technician was able to install the new water heater with a minimum of disruption despite a couple of unforeseen problems that arose during the install process. We're very particular about who does work in our home. I trust Saddleback Plumbing to do the right thing for me and my home.

Chris was ahead of schedule for my appointment. He provided knowledgable insight and was honest in his suggestions and opinions. I would highly recommend him.
Saddleback helped us move our AC unit out of the way prior to backyard construction on a minutes notice, and once the project was completed months later they came back immediately after being asked and re-installed our AC. They were incredibly responsive, quick, professional, and it was the one thing I had to worry the least about.
I am still in shock by what transpired. On Tuesday we realized our toilet would not flush and no matter what we used or did would solve our clog. So we googled a local expert to handle our issue. They were very ice over the phone but of course would not give us any estimate or quote before they arrived (red flag #1). So upon looking at our situation, we are told well it's going to be $195 to start. This should solve your issue with a snake job. OK, let's do it. Seems expensive but need it fixed. 10mins latter, well that didn't work, I can solve your issue but it will be $250. I'll come back Thursday. Ok not happy but we are $200 in what's another $50? Thursday, guy takes off the toilet completely, can't seem to figure out what the issue is and then says he will need to come back Friday. This is now 3 days and over 7 hours. Friday he goes to wrong house and shows up late then 2 hrs in water is leaking through our celling in the kitchen. Guy say we will need to open that up and see what happened. I ask him to leave immediately but not before he charged me. Always pay with a CC. We call this a chargeback situation! These idiots spent 3 days, took off our toilet, left us with a mess and a leak. I called Purpose Driven Plumbing. Took 45 mins, the clog was fixed, the mess was cleaned up and same cost as these yahoo's. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER!
The plumber came out and was right on time. Unfortunately, the drain problem could not be duplicated when he started working. He spent at least 15 minutes trying to get the drain to plug back up but it was as though nothing had ever happened. I was prepared to pay for a service call, but he told me there was no charge and to call them back out if the drain plugged up again. You just don't find companies like this any more! They will always have my business in the future, and I will "sing their praises" to anyone who will listen. Totally honest and reputable people....
The young man was professional, he knew what he was doing. He answered all my questions. Worked diligently. I was very pleased with my plumbing tragedy outcome.
Saddleback quickly set an appointment to address a potential leak and a significant shower repair requiring drywall entry. As promised, John arrived during the window, and diagnosed the leak as a slab leak. He had to return two additional times to address our issues and always showed up during the promised window. More importantly, he was professional, personable, and very respectful of our home. John explained everything before, during and after repairs. His efforts made an otherwise stressful situation much better for us. Also, as a woman working from home, I felt completely at ease with John, which is a reflection of his professionalism and kindness. Couldn't recommend John or Saddleback more highly.
Saddleback Plumbing would come for a furnace issue, change filter, when others would not do so even when I had been that company's customer. So will consider Saddleback for more furnace and A/C
This was not the first time that I have utilized the services of Saddleback Plumbing. This most recent time was for an HVAC problem. From my first phone call to my last contact, from the front desk to the technicians and finance office, I Found everyone to be courteous, punctual, efficient, and pleasant to work with. The job and their work were not considered to be completed until it met with their satisfaction and mine. I would utilize their services again.I would highly recommend them.
We have used Saddleback Plumbing for years and we have never been disappointed with their service. We have been impressed with the efficiency and honesty of their technicians and have referred them to family and friends. My heating thermostat failed last week during one of the coldest weeks of the decade! Kris arrived and tested every aspect of the heating/ac system….inside and out. He determined the unit was still under warranty. He checked for availability of parts and conferred with the shop. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why during the time he was here. He described the best course of action for the situation and we agreed. He returned the next day to replace the faulty pad. He checked every point of installation and explained why. Kris was prompt, courteous,and professional. He patiently answered every question and was knowledgable about the system and explained in laymen’s terms. He didn’t sit in his truck during the time the unit needed to get up to speed. Instead he checked and changed filters. This is why we never hesitate to call Saddleback Plumbing! They care about their clients and their technicians mirror that care.
I called for check of my hydronic heating system which stopped working after recent re-pipe. Service was quick, on time and the thought was that some of the piping may have been installed incorrectly creating the problem of no heating. He did not take things apart, which would have cost hundreds of dollars but suggested to contact the re-pipe company and have them take a look, before encountering any additional cost. And that is exactly what the problem was. Re-pipe company made the repairs needed and heating is on. Thank you Saddleback Plumbing for your great customer service. AND to top it all off, they did not even charge a service call fee....Thank you again, you are appreciated!

I am writing this review out of nothing but respect for Saddleback Plumbing ownership and their focus on doing the right things for the right reasons. I have used Saddleback Plumbing for years, and they have been amazing every time. We recently had an outdoor plumbing issues with our drains and roots that they came out to take a look at. Long story short, the problem was much more complicated than it appeared on the surface and Saddleback was amazing at referring us to a specialist that does outdoor landscaping, they also made sure that they were upfront about what they would be the right partner for and where there was someone else that specializes on the issue I was having. They made me 100% whole from a cost perspective and professionals the from start to finish. It's easy to find service providers to do a job, it's really hard to find ETHICAL and HONEST businesses that will stand by their commitment to quality and customer service. People and relationships first. From the very top down, I have nothing but respect for Saddleback Plumbing and how they handled my recent service request.
On Monday we had sagging paint on the wall and knew we had a leak. Saddleback Plumbing couldn't come until Tuesday so we risked it and put down towels and waited. Memo came on time and within minutes got our approval to contact a remediation company to cut the drywall and test for asbestos. While we were waiting for them to arrive, we asked him to fix some valve issues which he did. He also pointed out some issues that we could fix with our faucets if we contacted the manufacturer. When the remediation company arrived and cut the drywall, Memo quickly found and fixed the leak. A few days later when the remediation company thought they found a leak in his valve repair, Memo returned quickly, and everyone agreed that the repair was fine. We would definitely use Saddleback Plumbing again. Their electronic billing was very clear and easy to use.
Go elsewhere if you expect to pay for service that will fix your plumbing issues. Paid $185 and got nothing for it. 2 weeks after their service, we were back to square one and our kitchen sink was backing up again. We called them to let them know and ask if they can come back and fix it. They got defensive and refused to honor their service. UPDATE: We heard back from the owner who apologized for how his employee treated us over the phone and refunded the full amount. Thank you, Jared.
