We needed repairs here in Mission Viejo and we always use Complete Comfort Plumbing because they are so dependable, pleasant and professional. Shay came out and was super awesome.
I have used Complete Comfort Plumbing several times. The first was for an urgent pipe leak repair. It was an emrgency as we had a pipe had a pinhole leak that was causing water to drip from a downstairs bedroom ceiling. Complete Comfort Plumbing technician was at my door that afternoon (a Friday before a 3-day weekend!) and made the necessary repairs. The technician was able to install the new water heater with a minimum of disruption despite a couple of unforeseen problems that arose during the install process. Saved us!
Complete Comfort for the win again! This team is phenomenal! Corey came out to inspect the work I needed and orovided me a fair and honest quote, giving me options for repairs to fit within my budget. He came today with Alex (who recently helped replace my hot water heater) and Josh to get my project started. The company’s service is impeccable. I love the text with the service man’s picture and bio so you know who’s coming to your house. Josh was my service technician today, and he was on point! He kept me informed every step of the way, planned his work around what I needed, was very thorough, cleaned up after himself, and reviewed his work with me. He’s an excellent addition to the Complete Comfort team! Thank you guys so much. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life!
My installers did an excellent job, going above and beyond expectations. They handled unexpected issues that came up during the install. The electrical circuit was not set up properly in a few places, and they fixed it so they could finish installing the Heat Pump. They did an extremely professional job. Not only did they install everything, they went out of their way to make it clean, organized and good looking. I also have to mention, the technician they sent out to evaluate and help me pick my system did a fantastic job. He had a lot of personal and professional experience, and really helped me find the unit that was right for me.

Corey and Eric are great technicians . They are very knowledgeable and get the job done quick! I would highly recommend them to anyone. In addition, I love the communication Complete Comfort provides their clients. They called about 30 minutes prior to arrival and sent a text out with a picture of the technician that is on their way!

Skyler with Complete Comfort was one of the most professional service technicians I have ever met! He was very professional, informative and he was able to explain in details the work that he preformed as well as some things in my home that were installed incorrectly. All in all i would recommend complete comfort to anyone looking to hire a plumber and if you would like the same service that I received ask for Skyler. I will continue to do business with Complete Comfort for all my Plumbing and HVAC issues.
