Competant, courteous and reasonably priced.
I have used Alicia Air in the past and thought I could trust their integrity and recommendations. I paid over $13,000 for a ductless unit, to be added to a rental unit in Huntington Beach. This unit has had 3 motors fail, multiple service calls, along with spitting out water into the room, loud noises, code errors unable to reset, not working, etc..It is currently not functioning at all. I have requested that this Carrier unit be replaced with a Mitsubishi unit. At the same time in another state, I had a Mitsubishi ductless system installed and it is fabulous. My Huntington Beach rental unit is without heating or a/c for close to a month. I have no confirmed resolution. I have requested the Carrier Brand (Lemon unit) be replaced with a Mitsubishi. At this point Mike is not taking responsibility for the Carrier unit, he states he is waiting on manufacturer to approve a refund. I informed him, it was his company that installed and recommended this unit. It is his name and company that should stand behind their product. If this issue is resolved, I will add to this review. So far, I am having zero success replacing this horrible, unreliable and completely non functioning unit. I am calling Alicia Air on a regular basis and still no resolution and when I leave message a call is never returned, as stated it would be.
Alicia was efficient and thorough- and their front office staff was excellent for customer service.
After receiving poor service from our home warranty company we called Alicia Air on the recommendation of a neighbor. They were well organized, on-time and professional. Bryan Perez was knowledgeable and courteous, explained what was going on and set up same day testing of the equipment which found 2 faulty parts. They supplied us with a document to show to the home warranty company that multiple parts of the system were failing. We will use Alicia Air for everything needed going forward. Excellent company
In May 2022, Alicia Air Conditioning & Heating installed a complete Carrier HVAC and Air Conditioning System, including a Honeywell smart thermostat, in our 1985-built new home. From the beginning of the estimating process through installation, the experience and quality of the equipment, installation and technicians were top-notch. Great communication and follow up as well. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family for any service they provide...A+
I call Alicia Air Yesterday morning right when they opened to tell that my A/C system had broken down on late Friday night on one of the hottest days we have had here. They were very professional in listening to my problem and were able to schedule a appointment yesterday afternoon. Matt came when they said he would and I received a email prior to his arrival saying he was on his way with his picture. Matt evaluated the problem, was able to repair it and then he checked the complete system to make sure it was working properly before he left. I Have and will Continue to Recommend Alicia Air to any Family Members, Friends or Neighbors.
I had an appointment today (between 10-12) for a consult to replace my one-stage A/C unit to a two-stage A/C unit. Nobody from Alicia Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc showed up or bothered to call me. Therefore, if you are looking for somebody to be reliable this is not your company! I am glad I found out in the beginning instead paying a lot of money on a system that I will be stuck with on top of poor support.
Alicia Air came out to install a air conditioning unit for our condo, they said that they had received a permit from the city of SJC. They never received the permit, and install the unit anyway not up to city code, or condo HOA regulations. Have not returned any calls on the matter. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. *Update*owner came to an HOA meeting to try and resolve the issue. Still no resolution, current HOA fines over $10,000.
Alicia Air is a small family business. My Carrie home unite was not cooling. I called for a service two days ago. Bryan was the repair person came this morning. He is neat, polite and professional. He explained to me what was wrong and fix it in no time. The most important character of Bryan and the company is trust worthy and honest. I will recommend to anyone without reservation. Well deserved a five star rating. Thank you every one at Alicia Air!!!
Timely, knowledgeable, got my AC fixed quickly and inexpensively
I have been a customer of Alicia Air for several years. They installed my current Carrier system and I had a very good experience with them from start to finish. This past weekend, my parents had an issue with their thermostat and, with this extreme heat, I was very concerned that they would not be able to use their A/C. Even though my parents had never used Alicia Air's services before, the service man was able to get to my parents' house within one day and resolve the issue. I continue to be very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness.

These guys are great. I called looking to get an appointment with a technician to take care of our problem. The fellow who picked up the phone asked me to describe the problem. He said, rather that send out a tech let's see if we can fix it. Gave me some instructions and it worked!! That is customer service!!! Roger Laguna Hills
Alicia Air is a very honest company. I was expecting the worst with my 10 year old air conditioner as it was making a loud noise. Alicia Air's tech preformed an complete inspection and discovered a shipping strap had not been removed by the company that had installed the unit. I recommend this honest company to all my neighbors in Laguna Niguel and will use them for all my air conditioning and heating needs
The installers were courteous, respectful and professional. My experience with the staff was excellent, and I would not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend it to my neighbors.
