Casey was super friendly, courteous and professional. He offered advice on some needed repairs and gave us a detailed break down on each item. I liked how he texted his bio before he arrived and also called 25 minutes before his arrival time. Great communication!

Casey and Kirk did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and installing the new part to get my air conditioner up and running again. Both gentlemen were courteous, punctual, and efficient. They took the time to check their work, and let the air conditioner run awhile before departing. I’d definitely recommend this team.

Casey is super knowledgeable and friendly! Really helped us find the root problem of our smells and issues coming from our furnace and vents. Did an air quality test and showed us the particles, chemicals, temperature, humidity and much more going on within the vents and air within our home. Checked our furnace and vents, as well as AC unit. Gave us different options for short term and long term solutions and what would work better with our budget. Would recommend Casey and their services to others.
We had Jose and Steve out to relocate our lineset. They also pumped down our system and replaced our filter dryer. Steve answered all of my questions. They were timely and showed care in their work. They were a reasonable price for the high quality work they did for us. Will use again and recommend them to friends and family! Thank you Ocean Air!
I wanted to write this review a few weeks ago, but I'm always busy. I would recommend Ocean Air to my family and friends. Our technician Casey A was on time, communicative, and professional. Even though we are temporary renters, Casey kept me informed on everything he was doing. He did an annual ac service and more.
