Our technician was able to detect our issue quite quickly. We called and got service same day, within a couple of hours of our air conditioning not blowing cold air we were back up and running . Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable ( we asked questions about other things besides our immediate issue). Outstanding. We have used this company for many years with these same results
