I'm ecstatic about the service. Instead of trying to sell me a new system when they could have, they advised having a technician examine my 15-year-old one. Compared to $8k for a new one, the problem can be fixed for $299. Very trustworthy and sincere. Elite Shutter and Blinds, who have used them for many years, suggested them to me. I'm so pleased I called!

A meeting was planned for the next day. During the visit, I had a new water heater installed. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgable. I'm so glad I gave them a call!

Even though it was 110 outside, Steve's AC & Heater Repair was very responsive, picked up the phone right away, and scheduled me for an appointment within one day. The dispatcher provided me with clear directions on how to get ready for the service and was very knowledgable. The best part was that Randy was one of the most meticulous, educated, and honest technicians I have ever worked with when he arrived. gave me guidance for my system at each stage. Additionally, as a side note, Randy and Steve's AC & Heater Repair has won my respect despite the fact that I formerly owned a sizable plumbing and HVAC firm for ten years.
Tom showed up on schedule. He was cordial, competent, and thorough. Our air conditioner's issue was swiftly identified, and he provided us a reasonable repair estimate. He completed the repairs more quickly than I had anticipated, and our air began to blast icy cold once more. I'm delighted with the service and heartily endorse it. It's the first time a technician has hosed off my air conditioner's inner and outer coils. He added that my unit is in excellent condition, which is good to hear given that it is ten years old. I no longer use previous firms because they told me I required one to three unneeded repairs on my device. The Steve’s AC & Heater Repair of A/C were very efficient and timely. We came home from vacation Sunday evening and our a/c was not working. I made several calls and left messages with different companies. The Steve’s AC & Heater Repair were the first to respond Monday morning and immediately scheduled the repair. Really pleased with the service. I called Monday night when our water heater stopped working. The call was answered right away by a live person. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. I had a new water heater installed during appointment. Technician was very knowledgeable and very nice. I am so glad I called them!

This was my first time using Steve’s AC & Heater Repair, lets just say that the 5 star ratings on Yelp and Facebook were not wrong. Amazing experience all around. The operator was nice, friendly and efficient. Living in Phoenix you'll run into issues with your AC, but I can honestly say I've never been given a 2 hour window (12 - 2), most AC companies give a 4 hour window. Tom showed up at 12:50, with a courtesy call ahead. Tom was very friendly and professional and had my AC fixed within an 45 mins, and cost for repair was very reasonable. I will be using this company for all my routine maintenance moving forward. Thank you Steve’s AC & Heater Repair (and Tom), you didn't disappoint!!
