Alex the Havac specialist did an amazing job with not waisting time,he was here earlier than promised and diagnosed the problem instantly,fix it and made sure everything is working efficiently. I will only use him and recommend Orion for any future HVAC issues! Thank you Alex for a job well done 👍

Victor went over and beyond to explain the issue to me. He also corrected the matter efficiently and thoroughly. Feliz was excellent on my zoned unit fixed everything. I had a bee hive in the motor . I had two other fo come out and could not fix my problem

The entire Orion HVAC team was outstanding from scheduling to arriving on time to performing the repair on my air conditioner. I called Friday night after hours, thinking I would not get anyone until sometime the next week, but Alex come out the next day. He was nothing short of amazing at how professionally he looked at the system and repaired it so quickly. It runs and feels like I just put in a new unit instead of just making a repair to my old one. I plan to work with Orion every year from now on to do my annual maintenance knowing I have honest and fair people of character and integrity to call on. Once you use Orion HVAC, you'll never work with anyone else again. Believe me.
They gave me an honest appraisal without charging for unnecessary tests, and did the installation quickly, in the middle of an epic heat wave. They might be newer than some of the other folks around, but they are building a stellar and well-deserved reputation. Don’t hesitate! (At seven months, had a service call that went smoothly and was pretty economical!)
Our heater stopped heating, and I called them. Within five minutes, they had found a technician who could come to our house. He came within two hours, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, without having to add any new parts, which was what the previous Company said it required. They charged a minimal service fee and were out within 20 minutes. I very much appreciate their honesty, expediency, and work product. Will definitely use them again.
Great experience from the start. This is my 2nd time receiving service from Orion HVAC. I called today about my broken heater. The person I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and was able to get me on the schedule for the same day. Feliks was the technician that came out. He was very professional and got the job done quick. He was informative and even shared tips to maintaining my heater. I was also working while he was here and he was so patient with me while I took calls. Great service overall. Thank you Orion HVAC.
