Called Rivco three times in three weeks . Our air conditioning prep table has prolem. They sent a lady first time last week. She cleaned the ducts of ac and did some job and now I m being charged over two hours of work done while my ac prep table temp is shoot up. We called yesterday and a another guy that sent. He took two hours and put new N2 and told us that it's coil is leaked. I told him that we need to fix it asap. But he kinda dodged us and told us that it should give a normal reading now as it will take an hour or so to cool. . I let him go and now they have sent us another bill for 250 for not fixing our ac unit. What a service we had with Rivco. These people are rip offs. Actually they are not well trained and just know a lol bit of ac maintenance.
I have used this company for my home A/C service since 2001 then called Kennedy Bros.
RivCo has great service & response time!
