I returned home from work one evening and the house was hot! I made a call to On Call Air and someone came over right away to look at the units. Unfortunately my units are pretty old, they were the original units when the home was built, so it was time to replace them. An unexpected expense of this amount can be very stressful. Jesse really help put my mind at ease. He went over some units, explained everything in detail, and even took the time to discuss options that would best fit my financial situation. They were able to cool the house until the new units arrived. They installed them right away and Adrian even took the time to help me set up the Nest thermostat app on my phone. Excellent service all around! All the staff I worked with are kind and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing AC/Heating services.
When our A/c broke and it was 110 degrees out they went above and beyond to get our system replaced and us back up and running within 24 hours.

Found the problem with my unit, fixed it and finished up. Entire job went so smoothly. So pleased. I rated at 5 stars because that’s how the rating goes. If I could, I would have given a 10! Replaced a leaky coil in the a/c system; great job. They are professional, quick, polite, friendly and clean up nicely. Highly recommend them. 24-hour service!
Responded first thing in the AM 0n a Saturday when do one else would. Fix the problem (bad part) in 20 minutes and their fee was less then anyone else quoted. Thanks On Call.
