Thomas Treska was meticulous and did an amazing job. He was thorough and manage to find the root cause of a leak that had persisted for 3 years. He arrived back the following day with what he needed to repair the identified leak, and repair it. Fingers crossed this has put the matter to rest for good.
The whole process from begin to finish was a breeze. Starting with Nikki making my appointment and ending with Zach making sure my ac unit was up and running Zach was polite and listened while I explained the issue and worked diligently to get the issue resolved. 100% would recommend and use again
They installed a new 50 gallon water heater for us today. professional and so What a superb company and work team. Amazing job. Because of how happy we are, we’re going to have them replace our furnace and air conditioning unit. I can’t express how happy we are. Thank you!

Since furnace talk is a foreign language to me I appreciate Manny taking his time to break it down into something I could understand. I definitely will be using this company again.
Choates was well represented. The representative that provided the estimate was respectful and explained several options available to me. The installers were professional and installed my water heater in a timely manner. They made sure to clean up the debris before they left. I was glad with their service.
Manny was most professional and accommodating. I had an emergency that delayed me from being building for the appointment. He waited a few minutes until I came late; therefore I did not have to reschedule. He also helped me update billing for the upkeep plan.
Franco, my technician, came on-time and was able to identify the dilemma and fix my unit. He was professional, answered all my questions, and most important: within 30 minutes of his arrival I had cold air flowing again!

Last week Damian arrived by and replaced water valves at my house. He was knowledgeable and professional. He showed up quickly and exceeded my expectations. As a manager, I know it is troublesome to find and retain employees. I would hope all your employees conduct themselves in the same manner. He has won my business. I don’t hope to have anything break or need repair, but I feel at ease that I have a company I can trust and count on. Thank you! It doesn’t go unnoticed.
Rodney was willing to show me how works and walk me through what he was doing, explaining everything as he went through the system checks for both air-conditioning and furnace. The Facebook special was a great deal. I really appreciate how he was willing to talk to me and show me what he was doing and discuss how everything works. Would not hesitate to call them in the future for anything I need.
Greyson was awesome. Heater went out in the middle of the night and they got us repaired in a hurry. Next step is getting our new furnace. 10/10 would recommend.
