Prompt, fair, friendly...great locally-owned family business. Pleasure doing business with Michael and the whole gang. They came highly recommended earlier this year when I needed to replace AC in another rental property. This is the second job they have done for me and I will gladly use them on other properties.
Miguel was a very polite young man. He explained everything he was going to do in this visit and answered all my questions. He was neat and efficient.
Hydes always provides professional, friendly and courteous service for me. Frank offered some good suggestions for my AC unit more efficiently thus saving money on my electrical bill.
I just had Hydes AC install a new full house AC system, and they really did hit all the marks. Competitive price, really good service and follow up, on time and no issues with the installation. Highly recommended.

Been using Hydes since we moved into our home in 2016. They've done major electrical upgrades (Genrator hookup and car charging system), relocated two A/C units to make room for a new pool, and most recently had two Platnium series systems installed (3 and 4 Ton units) . From the early planning phase, and throughout the project completion, Mike Hydes was there. Since this was my first experience with inverter style (variable speed) units, I wanted to see and more importantly hear, the units. As it turned out, they were using these same systems at their factory/headquaters location in Indio. We spent about an hour or so going through the systems and features. He had a very well trained/experienced field engineer (Jonathan) come down to the house before and after the installation to determine filtering requirements (great for allergies), tonnage, etc. Jonathan even followed up after the 2-day installation period and setup the remote sensors, and fine-turning of the main thermostats. And I almost forgot to mention that Jonathan came by before the start of the job with a portable A/C unit which he installed in the Master Bedroom, just in case we needed it during the down time while swapping out the units. The installers, Joe and Frank were professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to call on Hydes and would highly recommend them to family and friends! Mark G, Indio CA.

We needed a quick repair to part of our cooling system and the team at Hyde's not only answered my call at around 6PM, they sent Chris Cola and he was here by 7:30 ----Did a proper fix to the issue and we are good to go. He was fast and efficient and explained his work --- Will continue to rely on Hydes for all our HVAC needs ---

Very polite, Nick told me everything he was going to do ahead of time. I was very happy and pleased. He even arrived 2 hours ahead of time which was great for me.
I needed 3 bids but took 4. You company charged me over $100 to assess the problem and then came back with the highest bid offering only a 2.4 ton while companies gave me 3 ton.
We just bought a house in La Quinta a month ago and had Chris from Hyde’s AC and Elec, do an emergency fix at that time on our AC. After he was done, I signed up for a maintenance contract for the AC and Heat. Now, a month later, Chris came back to do the maintenance for the AC. As he did in the last visit, Chris was personable, efficient, and communicated everything I needed to know. I’m very mechanically skilled and it’s a pleasure to have confidence in any service provider I use. Chris and Hyde’s are that kind of team. I highly recommend them.

Jonathan Carrier from Hydes arrived in the window of time promised. He listened to how I described the problem and repaired my syetem in a professional manner (soldered refrigerant leak and put in new refrigerant). Also went into attic and increased the air flow by increasing the CFM. Previous visit a month earlier had said system was fixed even after I explained it was not. They had their system engineer call and argue with me saying the problem was fixed and was working fine. He was wrong. This visit seems to have fixed the problem so far.
