Our second AC went out and Ruben took the time to get to the root of the problem to ensure future issues with the unit would not occur. He even took the time to walk me through what was happening during the diagnostic process. I appreciated his professionalism, transparency and rational for his repair recommendations. He even offered to come back and personally check on our AC units, as well as perform our yearly maintenance at that time. Thankful for the service, especially during the brutal summer months in the Coachella Valley. Thank you Ruben!

We had a routine tune up and A Professional service Member named Toni Canto came out to our house and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and took a step by step approach on educating me about my system. Hands down the Best Service Tech in the Industry. I will highly recommend any future business to Toni at Absolute Airflow.
If I could give Travis and Kaze 10 stars, I would. Professional, charismatic, honest, efficient; such rare find in a sea of scammers. They came in, and I explained the issue. They fixed the problem in less than an hour and for about half the price of their competitors. I cannot be happier and I emphatically recommend Absolute Airflow. They now have a customer for life.
Gabriel and Ulysses were great. Walked me through everything they did and gave me ideas for bettering my home in the future. Kind and knowledgeable. I would refer Absolute Airflow to anyone!
Not impressed with the company per se but the technician TJ works great but will never recommend them. After 2 1/2 years we kept noticing air quality was bad and constantly getting sick.We had the house tested for mold just to find that they didnt fully connect the gas lines for our AC unit and not for the water heater. So we were breathing it in the whole time. Then told us that an air filter is over $150 which I decided to investigate just to find I can order it from the manufacturer for $54. So I can not say they are worth a call especially since the time of installation they left two lazy employees
First off Joey is great at his job!!! He is well informed, very thurl, polite and professional. Unfortunately the quote to install a water filteration system “that I already own” was ridiculously high!!! I got 4 other estimates that ranged lower than Perferred Services. Before hiring I’d definitely get more estimates!
Miguel and Preferred Services were great. Very professional in the contacts, and Miguel was personable, friendly, and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. No drama! I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend him and Preferred Services for your plumbing needs!
I was referred to this very professional and lovely company through a friend. I needed help with getting the flapper to stay tightly on. While I purchased items from Home Depot, they were not installed correctly and found the process daunting. Kaz was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I learned a lot and had wonderful service. The communication was excellent as well. I am very pleased and will definitely contact this company again when I need help and refer them. Highly recommend this company! A+
Preferred was referred to me through Home Depot, from which I purchased my water heater. Their office contacted me promptly to give me a quote and set up an appointment for installation. The installers arrived on time. They removed the old heater and installed the new one quickly and efficiently. They took away the old unit, and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional! I would certainly use them again.
20201107: As always, Preferred Services's employees have been great. Today, Tony serviced our heating system. Tony was prompt, courteous, and provided us with the services we needed. In addition, though he was here to evaluate our heating system, he found a small leak in one of the pipes associated with our tankless water heater. He fixed that leak as well. Annual maintenance of my family's tankless hot water heater. These guys are great! Very knowledgeable and always a pleasure to have at the house. They were in and out in no time!
Mike was excellent. He is a great plumber and knows what he’s doing. He was kind and courteous and did really nice work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you might have. He worked cleanly and efficiently is also a pretty nice guy.

The Team of Mike and Tony recently repaired my water main that ruptured in two places. They were fast thinkers and problem solvers that thought outside of the box to spare my landscaping and wallet undue harm. They provide options, a plan and delivered on time with personality and a can do attitude. I needed toilet installed that I purchased at Home Depot. There was confusion on the part of Home Depot but the installers cleared it up very quickly and easily. Installation was quick, clean and professional. I would definitely use them again for a similar project.
Preferred Services are everything and more that you can hope for in a technical service company. They promised to be there on time and fully complete the job as agreed too. They did and overcame and solved numerous obstacles that arose during the work. The final product is beautiful, stylish and complete. The technicians, Javier and David, were professional, efficient, courteous and took care of my parents to make sure they were kept cool while the system was replaced in the heat of our summer. Rick Cubas helped me choose the system that best suited our needs and was efficient and affordable and then made sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. Converting from traditional gas water heater to tankless. Miguel was very informative and professional. The installation cost is quite a bit more than for a traditional water heater but the Home Depot sale on the tankless unit with SCE rebates kept the total cost within my budget. UPDATE: The installation went well and was more complex than I realized. Miguel worked most of the day and did a great job. He even left the cleaner than he found it.
