Our air conditioner broke down and we needed a new one. The technician came and installed the new conditioner very quickly. The service was exceptionally great.

It was very good before, but this time they came and find out what happen, after they didn't come back to repair the unit even I call back, maybe just to busy to due with smaller repair.:(
Manny‘s service was so thorough accommodating and professional. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them to check on a problem I was having with my air conditioner. I would 100% recommend them to somebody who is looking for HVAC type of service in Los Angeles.
We had an intermittent problem with our AC/heat: the fan would blow, but no heat or cool came out. The first repair place I called sent a guy who chatted a lot, would not keep his mask up, couldn't find the problem, and up-sold us some parts we probably need. The intermittent problem continued. My wife did not want to call the same company ever again. So we tried Manny's. I liked their many good reviews and the fact that they proudly proclaimed they were vaccinated and always wore masks. Well, they weren't immediately available but had a cancellation. Nice young man showed up, properly masked. Listened carefully to what we had to say and spent his time trying to solve the problem. Eventually, he found several loose connections that the other guy should've seen. Problem solved! Moreover, the bill will be emailed and there was no paperwork to sign--which is safer in these pandemic times. I know who I will call next time. You couldn't ask for better!
Amazing customer service, and I wasn't even a customer. Manny personally helped me out with an issue that I was having with my car. He was eager to offer help when he had no reason to. I understand why all their reviews are 5 stars. I will remember Manny's Heating and Air Conditioning the next time I need their service. Thanks, Manny!

He was able to properly diagnose my heater whereas the other five heater companies misdiagnosed. I'm so grateful. We've been smelling carbon monoxide for the past 6 years because all the other heater companies kept charging us $500 to switch out different parts of our heater when it was a simple problem of having the wrong pipe. I can't believe it. I would highly recommend Manny's heating and AC company. It's no wonder they have five stars and over 500 reviews.
When I first contacted Manny’s, I appreciated how responsive he was in scheduling a call right away. Armando, the technician, was very professional and thorough in helping us understand what was wrong with our heating system and the different options available to us. The Covid protocols were also followed and I appreciated how friendly the service was. While we are waiting to hear back on estimates for the different options, the initial service call and evaluation was excellent. Based on this experience alone, I would recommend this family business to others!
The technician that came out was nice and polite, but he wasn't very informative. He didn't really recommend a resolution to the existing problem. Also, he never said that he was finished with the job. I found out when he walked outside and then came back minutes later to tell me that he forgot his ladder. I don't know how I feel about the service. I likely will be searching for another company.

Jessie came out to look at my HVAC on top of my condo bldg. He was on time, very professional and a generally very nice guy. Turns out it was my compressor. He went up with my condo building maintenance guy who also thought Jessie knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem for the time being but I will have to replace the unit in a few months. He gave me the estimate I was expecting for a new unit. Their fees for coming out were reasonable and better than the others that I had called. Would definitely use again.
