Adrian’s Air & Heating Repair technician came when he said he would arrive. He was personable, efficient and did a nice job with the replacement of our old water heater!

Chad installed our water heater. It was a semi emergency install (same day) they had the stock-the fair price (I called at least 4 other companies as well) and Mike whom I spoke with on the phone was not only extremely helpful but was honest. He gave some great advice-offered even if we did not pick them to install. We’ve had quite a few contractors in our home and this company was great. Chad was on time, polite and great as well.

Our water heater finally went out last night. Thinking there might be a delay in getting a new one, I immediately called the same company that had repaired it some years ago. Luckily, they sent someone out the same day. Brad came on time (actually called and said he could come earlier) and went to work. After a few hours, he had installed the new unit and everything looked great. Brad was courteous, friendly, and got the job done. Very happy with our experience. The final price was slightly higher than the phone quote ($285 more). However the service was EXCEPTIONAL! John knew city code and pulled a permit. He went above and beyond by patching a hole that he was not required to do. He explained what was necessary and why while caring for my home and cleaning up after himself. Adrian’s Air & Heating Repair provided wonderful service from scheduling to completion of job. I will use them for all future jobs and refer all family and friends to them. They have a lifetime customer after this experience!

Friday morning we found out we had no hot water. Friday at 3pm we called around and nobody would come out till Monday. Adrian’s Air & Heating Repair were able to come out Saturday morning and by noon we had a new water heater and John did a very good clean job! Thank you Adrian’s Air & Heating Repair!!!

The service person from Adrian’s Air & Heating Repair was on time and installed the water heater and explain things when I ask any questions he told me to wait about 30 minutes for the water to get hot. Be careful when you turn it on.

Adrian’s Air & Heating Repair technician came out to verify if I needed a new water heater due to a gas leak. Another company had told me that I needed a new unit. After a quick inspection Clayton and John were able to identify the leak issue and with some quick tightening of the valve were able to solve the problem without the need to replace the entire Water Heater. I was so impressed with their honesty and integrity that I will be back in the near future to upgrade my Water Heater to a new one. I also want to mention Seth help set this up and was very informative and professional with me on the phone. This is an excellent company to deal with and will treat you fair and with honesty.

They discovered the problem with the gas fireplace not lighting by the thermostat. The thermostat needed to be reset so it would light the fireplace using the thermostat. Works now like it had in the past. Very good problem-solving skills.

I've been with this company for 7 years. They have performed heat pump and furnace maintenance, plus installed a new furnace and, a new heat pump. Every single technician has been professional, friendly and efficient. I appreciate them.
