The lady who answers the phone and handles the scheduling is very rude!!!! What ever happened to customer service!!

I would highly recommend Phillips! They were able to get to us the day after we called and diagnosed the problem with our heating unit in 5 minutes. Turns out is was the regulator on our propane tank and not the heating unit at all. So grateful they knew this! We had called another company prior to this and 3 weeks and several unneeded parts later the heater still didn't work. He wanted us to replace the entire unit, which still wouldn't have worked without the new regulator that was only $100 to replace. So glad we got aother opinion from Phillips, who clearly knows what they are doing and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars.

They were called by my apartment manager to clean my furnace because it smelled like burnt dust when I turned it on. Told me the filters were put in wrong and were the wrong size, even though I followed the instructions on the inside of the top furnace panel. They forced and bent one of the filters into a hole in the side of the plenum. They opened only the top panel of the furnace. When I asked about opening the bottom where the cleaning needed to be done, said they didn't have to because they could see through the vents that it was clean. Huh? The smell continued, to I called the gas company to make sure it wasn't something I needed to worry about. The gas company person opened both top and bottom panels, and when he opened the bottom panel everything inside was covered in thick dust. I don't know if the Phillips guys just didn't know what they were talking about or just didn't want to do their job. Either way, I'll never waste my time with them again.
We have a dental office which the air was not working right in each room some rooms were hotter or colder then others and the ducting needed to be re arranged to correct this problem we called our management company in our complex and Phillips was referred to us. Not only does the air flow problem still exist they accidentally cracked the ceiling during this process since their visit the cracks have worsened and when we called multiple times after speaking with Kelly who was very rude and un helpful we were told that there is no way they could have done the crack because they have never done that before! And refused to have a tech come out to correct their error! This is poor customer service! Mistakes happen but don't lie and deny it. Do what you can to correct it at least have a tech come out to look at our concern and try to correct it. Coming from a contractors daughter who takes pride in their work and believes customers should be happy I was shocked at the response and unwillingness to care about the situation. We will no longer be using their services and neither will our surrounded suites in our complex. The BBB and contractors license board have already been notified of this situation. I hope this never occurs to any other customer. If a mistake has happened by the company they should own up to it and correct it the best they can instead of deny it and not be willing to help, knowing very well that by being up in the attic any slight pressure on the ceiling can and will crack it!
Thanks to your team for fitting me in on one of the hottest days of the year. I called everywhere and Phillips was able to squeeze me in! The repairman was fast, efficient and honest!
