I have used Above All Heating & Air a few times over the last couple years. They have always been very responsive, professional and punctual. The technicians are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to tell me what is wrong and how they are going to fix it. They are also very competitive in their pricing! Great job, I will definitely use their service as needed in the future!

Larry is an outstanding customer-first oriented businessman and A/C technician. Our church has twice benefited from his gracious assistance on our units and my wife and I appreciated the time he spent on our home's A/C, for which labor he modestly charged. Short story: Amazing service, fantastic customer service, and praiseworthy honesty which in turn translates to fair pricing. Long story: My parents AC unit stopped working last year. They are retired and thus on a fixed income. They put off the repairs until this year, so they could be in a better financial position to incur the cost of the repairs. They are not tech savvy, so they did not research online for contractors in the area. Instead, they went to a large, seemingly reputable, company seeking an assessment of their AC unit. This company sent out one of its 3rd party contractors to do an estimate, which yielded 3 options to replace the unit - all ranging from $7K, $10K, and $11K. Needless to say, my parents were beyond sticker shocked. They were so worried about the cost they would most likely need to finance. My mom and dad rarely share financial troubles with their kids unless it is dire. This was dire for them. It was heartbreaking to hear my dad’s concern about taking on debt he can not afford, so I told him I would do a bit of research online and find a couple of contractors to give him a second opinions. And so, I came across Above All Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. They had great reviews and now I know why. I called them Friday evening after business hours. Larry called me back that same evening. I told him the situation did not necessarily warrant a weekend call, but he kindly offered -without hesitation- to swing by my parents’ home the following day. As agreed, he showed up the following day and a few hundred, NOT thousands, of dollars later my parents’ AC unit was up and running! I cannot articulate to you in words the overwhelming gratitude and joy my dad felt that day – and for that I am beyond grateful to Larry and his company. His honesty is invaluable and this, in my opinion, is the shining commodity of his company. I highly recommend you choose them as your HVAC contractor. Pete the owner was on my call. I needed a tune up but was also looking at getting a new condenser. I have the old style freon one, but it's only about 7-8 years old. He said mine still sounds and runs like new. Don't even think about replacing it. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Told me what to do to keep it running like a champ! I will for sure be using Above All from now on. Family owned is the way to go!
It's never a good time to have to replace your HVAC unit. Larry made the experience a good one. Always patient with my questions and concerns. Great attention to detail and pride in his work.
