No one wants a non-working AC unit. When my upstairs AC didn’t work on the first 90+ degree day of the summer, I feared the worst. A quick call to Canyon resulted in an appointment on a day that aligned with my schedule. I was pleasantly surprised that the 10am-2pm window meant the repairman arrived at 10am on the dot. He diagnosed the non-working parts and gave the estimate. Within an hour the job was complete and he was on his way. Canyon Air is my go-to company for all our HVAC needs.
Even though my unit was working, it was not cooling. I checked Google and Canyon was on top of the list. I called them on Monday, spoke to Bella, she listened, took my information and gave me an appmt for Wed. Before noon I got a call from Bella indicating that a tech could come the same day. Phillip, a gem, came checked the entire system to be sure that everything was good. Thank God, my unit needed to add cooling gas. Phillip also explained my options and prices. Most of us don't know about A/C, heating, plumbing, construction work, etc. With Phillip, I felt comfortable with his explanations, and I didn't have that feeling that I was taken for a ride. Also, I was very pleased when Bella answered the phone. She is what customer service should be. Respectful and polite. Nowadays, when one calls to a customer service, one has the feeling that the person answering the phone is being bother by the caller, and it is being rushed in most cases, or puts you on hold for long periods. Not with Bella. Because of Bella and Phillip, on my next A/C or heating issue, you bet who I am calling. Thank you Canyon A/S for having an outstanding crew.

Service Tech, Phil, did a fantastic job at diagnosing and fixing our AC system that wasn't cooling. He has a wealth of knowledge about air systems and more. He explained details to us, and also went "the extra mile" to make sure everything was done and done right. We will definitely call on Phil Hartsell for our future maintenance checks and/or if we should need something outside of a regular service call. Thank you! 😊

I would like to once again, as I did last year, express my extreme satisfaction and pleasure in working with the folks at Canyon Air (Russell Stripling as well as the invaluable assistance by Gerardo Tecorral and Robyn). I would like to specifically share my positive experience with everyone who reads this --- past, current and hopeful future customers. This year The Canyon Air System folks send 2 very knowledgeable Technicians to ensure my Service Call was properly handled a few days ago on Wed, June 21, 2023 . Russell and Gerardo were very prompt, had all the necessary equipment and parts and proceeded to address the service call in a well thought out streamline manner. The level of professionalism was equally matched by the pleasant and clear communication skills. Russell diagnosed, identified and fixed the few problem encountered in a flawless, time-effective manner. I cannot say enough about this experience. Thank you so much Russell and Gerardo p.s. – thank you Robyn, for you help for so many years in facilitating all service calls and scheduling conflics I continue to highly recommend Canyon Air Systems !
Ceaser was patient especially since I have 3 dogs. Putting them in the yard and back in house while he did his work. Very happy with his work and no pressure to buy anything.
Angel Fernandez was our tech. Personable, Professional, & very prompt. He kept us informed on issues he was taking on. Verbal communication and pictures were invaluable. Will recommend him and the Company to all.
