Mr Walker was on time, & he made time to explain everything that I needed to know about my AC.

Vader air and heating have done the installation on new systems to our rental properties and our home, and has been servicing our systems for over 20 years. Throughout all of these years we’ve never had any issues nor incidents where we haven’t been 💯% happy with the services provided, or the technicians who have come out to get the job done. They are incredibly knowledgeable of their craft and exemplify excellent customer service.

They caused so many problems. I have 2 units and first visit left one unit not working. Owner came to check and told me the unit would not turn on because it needed a gas valve. It turns out the gas for the unit was off. After his visit, the left 2nd unit was not working. 3rd visit, another technician came (First technician was no longer with the company ). The owner of the company was so rude and unprofessional. Please take pictures before and after and get names and phone numbers of technicians because it seems the right hand does not know what the left hand does.

Phillip is amazing at his job, he really knows his stuff. Catherine manages everything at the office end, she is efficient and polite and always follows up. A lot of businesses send out younger technicians who are cheaper and have to come back more than once to get it right. Phillip has decades of experience, is always polite and makes great efforts to come when there is a breakdown. One time he stopped by at 7:30pm (at our request) because our system had a problem on one of the hottest days of the year. We have multiple properties and use Vader for them all. I highly recommend Vader Air.

Excellent, excellent, excellent !!! I highly recommend Vader Air Inc for ANY & ALL of your HVAC concerns. We called Catherine on Monday and had an expert technician in our living room the next day at 9 am. Phillip was courteous, thorough and an expert in all-things HVAC. Instead of charging us a $1,000-$2,000 for a heater we didn't need he diagnosed the problem quickly: a new thermostat! My Mom and I were delighted and impressed. Where do I start, hopefully this will help someone to avoid a problem in the future. I have contracted Vader Air to install a brand new system, which is a quote for all installations and new unit. I am not writing this angry just the facts. Everything went well, at the beginning until a year later we made a service check and found the unit was leaking freon. The owner charged me exactly of $576.80 for the annual check up and including of adding freon 7 lbs at $395. He said in his own words there are leaks in the hoses in the wall where he does not cover under warranty. Well I assume they have all covered under those agreement they make you sign. I called another company to quote the problem as I do not want to deal with this company again. They have showed me pictures of joints that were used for water connections not appropriate in AC systems. they also found 0 freon in the unit. I have their quote and pictures as evidence. I just want to point this out. None of these are my assumption, all are from other professionals in the area. I guess 10 year warranty does not mean anything at vader air.
The gas company "Red Tagged" our furnace as being unsafe due to a cracked or ruptured firebox. Unit could not be repaired therefore I had estimates to replace the furnace from other companies. Most estimates were extremely high. I contacted a local Goodman Distributer and they highly recommended Vader Air Conditioning & Heating, an A-Plus customer of there's. I gave the company a call and scheduled an appointment. The company owner Mr. Phillip W, came out and gave me a quote to replace the furnace that was much lower than quotes given by other companies. Based upon our discussion with Mr. Phillip W., we decided to go with Vader Air and BOY! we're glad we did. What a great Company and what a deal! The crew arrived on time as scheduled and adhered to all safety and Corvid-19 protocol. The unit was installed along with a Nest Thermostat as promised and the work was completed timely and in a highly professional manner. Upon completion of installation, the cleanup was immaculate. We couldn't ask for a better job. I found Mr. Phillip W to be highly professional, very skilled, very congenial, and a person that I look forward to doing business with if the occasion or our needs arise for future projects. I highly recommend Vader Air Conditioning & Heating for any HVAC needs.
This is my first time utilizing the services of Vader Air. Due to a delay with their prior appointment, the technicians arrived an hour and a half outside of the scheduled time. However, when they arrived, they covered their shoes before entry and wore their masks. They did a thorough inspection of my heating and a/c system, which wasn't rushed like the last company I used. I really appreciate the professionalism, honesty and feedback. I would definitely use Vader Air again and recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues.

This is a five star company with a high level of professionalism, service, and knowledge. From the start of our search for a company to install a roof AC unit, working with Phillip and Vader Air was great. He showed up for our quote on time and was in full gear and protective wear with face mask coverings(for Covid-19). I we approached his well put together quote of everything that needed to be done and how he would go about doing so. He followed up with an email and phones calls to confirm our install day and time. On the day of install, Phillip and his crew showed up early and ready to work. They were all very pleasant and professional when working in and around our home. They laid down protective coverings and cleaned up well after any mess. They were efficient and finished on time. I loved this process from beginning to end and cannot say enough great things about Vader Air and their high level of professionalism, integrity for the work they do, and A+ work! Highly recommend for your AC needs!
Phillip is the best. He came out and repaired a transformer in my system and I was back up in no time. I will recommend Vader to all my friends as they identified the problem and fixed just what was wrong. No upsale, totally profesional.
Had Phillip over to checkout my HVAC since I had not gotten it serviced in awhile. Always had a loud blowing noise when the air or heat came on and the distribution was different in each room. Seems the ducts that were installed when I remodeled in 2004 was done incorrectly and the wrong size. Philip and his crew were fast, efficient and clean in the tear down and install. Plus serviced my heating unit and checked the AC unit. Also installed a Nest along with the App.

I would give them 10 stars if that was available. Of all the different HVAC companies I have used over the past 20 years, this company was the first to suggest that the three systems involved be isolated and tested individually for leaks. They gave me a fair price for a whole new condenser and compressor on the roof. I will only use these guys going forward. Ask for Phillip. * * * * * * * * * * 10 stars
