Will was on time, very nice and straight to the point. He recognized the problem immediately, bad thermostat. He did not try to oversell. Was extremely helpful in suggesting how to replace the the thermostat, as well as offering advice on keeping the filter clean/replaced. Will was very kind, efficient and professional. Would definitely call him again with any hearing issues. Thank you Will!
Will has the best knowledge and customer service I have experienced in a long time. It is great to know that there are still great people who care about their industry. I will recommend him to anyone who wants a job well done with great prices. I always say you get what you pay for.

I am here to share my great experience with Will from A1AC! Of course it figures that just as the air is heating up outside, my AC wasn't working properly! But Will saved the day, and I can't say enough great things about him. It was so nice to have someone into my home who I trust, and who was super knowledgeable. I had 2 companies come out to take a look at why my AC wasn't cooling the house fast enough. Neither of them could find anything wrong with the unit. Then I reached out to A1 and Will explained that nothing was wrong with my unit, but it was too small for the size of my house. He gave me a fair price on upgrading to a larger unit, did the job in a timely manner and was extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend A1 AC Service to anyone needing HVAC services.
