The major January storms caused some concerns over possible damage to our rooftop unit. Called and spoke to Rachel, who was very helpful and arranged a timely visit by a technician. The technician (Robert) was courteous and knowledgeable, quickly identifying and fixing the problem. I highly recommend Chavez Heat and Air, giving them 5 stars.
Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and patient with an older family member. Oh, and the tech likes dogs so that is always a plus.
