The AC stopped working, he came by on Monday. The blower died. By Wed the AC was up and working again. He answered all my questions and did a great job. I'm happy with the price too. Highly recomended.

No heat and the 1st two companies could not come for a week. Both referred me Santiago's. So I called and he was out to my place in a couple. He had to replace the control board which he did. Once again I have heat. Yah!

Our heater works now thanks to this guys that came and fix it in this cold day weather. Now my kids will sleep warm today. Very professional they checked if the filter is good and check every thing is good before they left. So recommend.
