My first experience was when in need of a new unit. Jerry was wonderful to help me find the unit that was best for my needs and budget. He is professional and honest. He will not try to sell you something you don’t need.
Jerry was very nice & knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my A/C unit when I explained we had a power outage in my neighborhood the day before. He was quick to set me up with an appointment the very next day. He had a great recommendation about how to get reimbursed for the damage caused by the power outage. Thanks for your service Jerry!

If anyone ever needs some troubleshooting, maintenance, or repairs done to their HVAC system I 100% recommend Universal Heating & Air Conditioning!! Jerry was very informative and honest when I needed a repair done to my HVAC system got it done in a timely manner and haven't had any trouble with my HVAC system since. The owner Jerry, is very professional and honest. We got three quotes to replace both of our air conditioning and heating units. Universal Heating and Air Conditioning beat the other two quotes by a significant amount. He didn't try to convince us to replace our ducting. Instead he offered to straighten it out and make the current ducting more efficient. This saved us unnecessary expense that the other companies did included in their quotes. Saving us over 10K on ducting we didn't need. He now does our maintenance twice a year as well. We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Universal Heating and Air Conditioning. If you want to do business with an honest person and get a fair price, there is no need to go anywhere else.
Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient! My heater was going in and out (mostly out) since Christmas Eve. I live in the Casa Del Rey apartments and I'm so glad they sent him out! Had my heat up and running like BRAND NEW in about a half hour really. Good honest guy. I definitely hope this complex uses his business more for other tenants! Thank you so much! I feel so much better now!
