They are no longer in business !!
Just disappointed that no one any longer seems to b able to offer service for evaporative coolers. It used to b that HVAC places filled in the gap - but not anymore. I love my Mastercool, which is about 10 yrs old. It cools like an AC unit, but for a fraction of the cost. Its been by God’s grace i finally found a guy whose dad used to own an AC business, and they serviced coolers also. But he doesnt do it for a living, so im blessed that he will work on mine when necessary.
Called a few weeks back with a question about getting my ac fixed. Person was extremely rude and laughed at my situation and made a comment to the effect of I should tell my landlord to take money off my rent. I understand it wasn't his problem. But to me it was not funny. And made my bad situation feel worse.
Very professional service. Work completed in a timely manner. We've been customers for many years and never had a complaint.
We had Marthedal Solar, Air & Heating install an HVAC system in our 1928 Craftsman home this last year. I personally struggle with a medical condition that causes me to be extremely heat intolerant. In past summers, we have had to turn our 4 window AC units up to a roar in order to keep me from literally passing out. Of course, the downside is that I could not hear anything else in the house except the constant roar and rattle of the outdated AC units. In our first week with the new system installed by the guys at Marthedal, we experienced a typical Central Valley heat wave--110+ degrees for a week. And I wouldn't have known it, if I didn't step outside! And the very best part was: my. house was absolutely silent! The window units are gone and my home has become a place of refuge. I am so grateful for the team at Marthedal Solar, Air and Heating. Not only do they do great work, but they have greatly improved my quality of life!

My husband and I were so pleased with the unit we put in our house. The personnel that worked in our house were so respectful of our family and were so concerned about not getting in our way. They were efficient and the work was done quickly. Chris Hernandez was thorough in explaining the system to us.The face to face service we have received has been most impressive. I would gladly refer anyone wanting a new unit to go to Marthedal Solar, Air & Heating.
THE A/C WENT OUT....AND SOMEONE CAME BY THE HOUSE FAST AND THEN TWO MEN CAME OUT AND WHILE I WAS GONE THE HAD A CRANE PUT THE UNIT ON THE ROOF....WHEN I GOT BACK THEY WERE FINISHING UP....CLEANED UP THE AREAS WHERE THEY WORKED....AND SO FAR SO GOOD I KEEP THE HOUSE AT 78 DEGREES...AND ALL IS WELL. BY THE WAY THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL TOMORROW....GEORGE B. FEIST ON MALSBARY....FRESNO.
Chris came out to my home for an a/c issue. He was excellent and very quick in fixing our issues. His customer service was great and he did the entire repair in an hour or so. I would recommend them for any job.
Have used this firm for several years for our old home and now our new manufactured home. The service techs keep in contact with us and maintain a professional manner and appearance. Will continue to employ this company for all our A/C needs. Thank You for being fast, reliable, and cost effective.

We were in need of a new HVAC system in May of 2019 to replace our 19 year old system and called 3 companies for estimates. Our system was still working but knew it was on its last legs so we decided to be proactive and have choices for a AC company and unit and not be stuck in mid July with a broken unit. Marthedal Air was the 3rd and final on our list and we are so happy we called them. From the initial estimate to the final day of installation, Marthedal Air was wonderful to work with. Chris Hernandez came out for the estimate and is very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell. We told Chris about some hotspot areas so he went into the attic and he checked all of our ductwork in addition to the AC unit and furnace. He created an estimate for a new energy efficient AC/Furnace and replace some of the duct work to help with the hotspots in the home. He could have easily told us we needed to replace all ductwork as the other 2 companies recommended. The estimate from Marthedal was for an American Standard AC (made by Trane) & Furnace at a very competitive price and we felt Chris addressed our concerns perfectly. We also installed an American Standard air filtration system which eliminates the monthly changing of filters and cleans the air when the ac, furnace or just the fan is on. The job went smoothly with no hiccups at all. After 2 days the job was complete and we now have a quiet, efficient clean air HVAC system! Chris was there to oversee the work of the 4 extremely professional techs and inspected all the work done at the end of each day. All in all a very good experience and we will definitely be buying the twice a year service to keep our unit in top shape. The 10 year parts AND labor warranty was icing on the cake! From start to completion a first class company. The Marthedal Crew installed a Quiet Cool Stealth Pro Whole House Fan. We waited, wanting to see the results. The term "ROI" Return on Investment truly manifested itself during this test period! The Marthedal Crew found, reported and addressed other issues we never expected would effect our comfort. Our family is more comfortable and safer because of the trained professionals at Marthedal Air and Heating! These are OUR GUYS!
Excellent service. Thorough. Trustworthy and clear communication. They gave honest assesment of my OLD unit, reccomended a new one, got people out to troubleshoot, replaced my unit and fixed some of the crazy set up on the original house's AC unit.... When they left, after 8 hours, something was not installed quite right. I called, and even after hours, they had someone out to me (a service manager) who corrected it, replaced a capacitor and all was well WITHIN AN HOUR! I could not speak more highly of a company. To feel like someone in your home is totally trustworthy is a gift!
We had Marthadal replace our old heating and air conditioner units and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. They are all professional, polite, efficient and very knowledgeable in the services they provide. We will continue to use Marthedal for all our regular service needs

He follows up promptly on all calls and explains thoroughly any questions that you may have. The work crew was professional and efficient. The office staff was kind and helpful. They finished the job ahead of schedule. Overall, we were very pleased each step of the process and will definitely recommend Marthedal in the future.
We use this company for three of our office locations and they are wonderful! They make the whole stressful situation of being too hot or too cold very easy. If they don't have someone to come out same day, the longest we've had to wait was 48 hrs. Technicians are knowledgeable, office staff are always on top of things and they truly do what they can to save you money. I strongly recommend a service plan with Marthedal, it will help in so many way.

They paid attention to details - even doing a small repair job on our roof to prevent any problems there.
