The team was very professional and worked diligently all day. From start to finish, all members of the teams explained what problems my system had, showed pictures they took, and answered all my questions. I have free flowing air to all the rooms in my home, which wasn't the case before they worked their magic.

Francisco was awesome! He showed up and was professional from the moment he shook our hands, to walking us through our estimates with pictures. We were offered different plans and were super pleased with the pricing. Less than 2 hours later our AC was working.
Adin Gregg went above and beyond to make sure our air-conditioning worked for the Fourth Of July! We were in a panic, because we were hosting a party, but Adin stayed until the problem was fixed. He was very punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional! He troubleshot every possible scenario to find the problem. He saved the day! Mathew came in and was prompt and professional. He was able to determine the problem quickly and offered different options. He was friendly and responsive, even making my dog feel secure. I would recommend!
Orlando was super helpful and took the time, quality time, over just trying to get to the next appointment. He explained all the options, what needs to be done, what could be done, and what should be done in terms even I could understand. He was thorough, even checking the attic. Good customer service is important, but quality service is even more important. Cannot ask for more, even offered to help with cooling options while we wait for parts... Highly recommend.

Tom Crase was excellent. Professional, personable, hardworking, took time to explain everything. Did what was immediately necessary but also explained full status of system. No pressure, but let us know what was going on. Highly recommend him. Lee’s you’ve got a great asset in him.
Matthew was thorough in checking my AC units. He gave me good recommendations and explained what was required to maintain my units. Friendly and informative.
Tech (Jesus) was on time, notified us when he was on the way, diagnosed our AC issues and repaired the unit, cleaned up after he was finished. Did a great job after being without AC for 18 days!
I am very happy with the information we were given. We have solar and Frank let us now that would could possibly be if it with a new heat pump unit instead of a propane unit. Our old unit needed to be replaced so I am looking forward to having a lower propane bill this year. Thanks Lee’s Air!
We had the air conditioner serviced this past week and had a wonderful service tech Matthew Bilodeau. He is so easy to talk to and gave us honest suggestions that helped make decision to have some very important repairs to keep the air conditioner working optimally ..Matthew was professional and took pics of all parts that needed changing with thorough explanation which made us feel at ease..The air conditioner works great and we are very pleased!! LEE’S Air-Plumbing and Heating is the one to go to for any of these services ..Matthew is fantastic !!
First time customer, called today and got appointment today. Responsive customer service, technician called ahead of time to let me know when he would be here. Technician was friendly, easy to understand and communicated well. Worked quickly and efficiently and got our system back up and running. After Two weeks of no AC, we appreciate the quick action.
Outstanding service from all the representatives from Lee’s. They replaced our a/c and heater and improved the performance substantially. Everyone was courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company!!
