It happens. The AC stops working when it’s 104 outside and a heat wave is on it’s way. But who was working today was Angel. He arrived after hours and worked for an hour on a hot roof in extreme heat. He was kind and courteous, and did a thorough examination of what needed to be serviced. Indoor Quality Services was here last year to do a service for pre-winter heating, and another one of their courteous professionals worked on the unit. I would recommend them highly. Thank you again, Angel, for making my life and home more comfortable!
I wish I could give 0 NO stars This company tried to charge me $7000 out of pocket, with home warranty insurance. NOT even trying to repair the leak first before trying to order a whole new coil unit along with tagging on all kinds of modifications, leading up to a cost of $7000. I had a local air conditioning company with a second opinion from my homeowners insurance come in and fix the leak $125. This company practice is in bad faith. I’m a nurse of almost 20 years and I wonder how many people they do that to and take their money. I asked for a callback on numerous occasions, and nobody called me back— I will be writing a letter to the BBB.

Cody and his team did a great job! Professional, timely, trustworthy, and truthful. They made valid recommendations and pointed out what wasn't needed with thorough explanations so we would understand the reasons behind the decisions and why it was best for our comfort. After 4 other quotes, theirs was by far the best quality for the price. Thank you, team!
I was able to get a very quick inspection. Our heater went out and the technician arrived the next day. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and fixed our heating unit.
So heater went out of course right when it gets cold called AHS first was sent to not a good company based on reviews and so i asked to change sooo glad I did.. I had to wait a week for them due to been soo busy but let me tell you it was worth the wait.!!. The front staff really nice always kept me infoemed amd Angel the tech he was soo professional amd kind and knew what was wrong and had the part in van and fixed it in a flash. I cant tell you how good it felt to feel heat today and now a warm night. Thank you indoor quality services local home grown company.. Tell AHS they are your preferred contractor HVAC you wont be disappointed...Angel needs a raise he was amazing!!Thanks again.😊
really bad experience dont waste your money with this company only excuses and need to order parts all the time but never fix nothing
The technician came the day of the call; He was friendly and helpful, and he had the part needed to repair the unit. I couldn't ask for more.
The gentleman that was sent out was very helpful, and the air conditioner is working much better now.
This is the worst company I’ve seen they come out to look at the AC unit to replace a coil.That’s the last time I heard from anyone.I called for an estimate.Also my home warranty called many times the service manager never responded after almost two weeks .After waiting ten days to get a service call was ridiculous.Glad my air was still working otherwise I’d be in trouble .No follow up no call back no nothing no communication don’t use this company.Call air pro air conditioning the guy came out the same day and fixed my air conditioning problem.Super nice very knowledgeable saves you money also .
We have been without AC since July 4th and our landlord went through his home warranty insurance and was told no one can come out till a week later. The person claimed it was fixed. By 2pm i received a call from my son that the house wasn't cooling down, that in fact the temperature was going up. They cam back out and said it was the internal fan and that it was not covered by the insurance and they would call our landlord. That was Tuesday 12th and by Thursday the 14th we contacted our landlord and he asked how the AC was doing and he was informed of what was said. Our landlord called and they stated that it was approved by the insurance and they were just waiting for the part. We went the whole weekend without AC and by monday still nothing. As of today Tuesday the 19th 2wks with no AC and our landlord called your company with no response on when they will get out here to fix it.

2-10 Home buyer warranty assign this company. Technician very unprofessional. He came to my house and left without doing any thing. He didn't do any work and never send any report, comment or call me about the AC issue that he inspected at my house. I don't know if this person is a technician or not. On 12/17 a person from Indoor Quality Services called me many times to ask $75. I won't pay for service when a non technical person come to my house and left without work or sending out report about the issue. I will submit complain to California consumer affairs about this scammer.
Angel was great. This was my third inspection. First wanted mega bucks second said no issue. Angel spent more time inspecting than the first two combined. Found no major issue but unit is old. Because of the honesty I will get an estimate from you guys this spring. I just hope who gives me the estimate is as honest as angel
They wanted 100% of the invoice paid prior to any work being done. Not just that, they wanted 100% paid before they would even put me on their schedule! Only reason this is a 2 star is because the technician (Ismiel) that came out to assess my system did a great job.
Service is fine, but 5he communication between workers and office staff not great. But the techs have been great, and very helpful and knowledgeable with their work.
Great job. Lance was awesome. Showed up on time and was very quick to trouble shoot and fix the issue. he even called after the job just to be sure the ac was working properly. There was a small issue and he drove back right away to fix it. I couldn't have asked for a better ac person in Oakhurst ca...though I think he came from Fresno. I'd use IQS again.
I have used IQS for 20 years! They are honest and know what they are doing. The owners are great, if I ever have a question or problem I know I can call and get a honest answer. Thank you for your great work! I appreciate you keeping us warm and or cool if needed! 😊
Unprofessional, they let go of workers after a certain time for tax credit. And let you go for no reason as to why and claim it’s slow! Good luck whoever gets hired!
