Just because I can’t leave a zero had to use this company because of my home warranty… From the lack of communication (just emails) I left multiple message with not one response , had to call back numerous times to finally get someone on the phone to get little or lack of information. The crew that came to instal was not an issue, but the fact that the owner lectured my son due to miscommunication from his office was inexcusable when I’m the customer/ owner and then get attitude with me was unprofessional. He did call back after I had told him how the lack of communication from his receptionist reflects on him.Overall experience of dealing with this company was very stressful would not recommend.
The owner, Johnny was very helpful and knowledgeable. having 25 years experience he answered all our questions and concerns about our unit. I would highly recommend the company for your repair needs

Came to do heater maintenance for the winter. Went into the attic and then told me everything was looking good. Just found out that my heater is on the roof and was in serious disrepair. This company is a sham, don’t use at any cost.
Great Team of Professionals, I have a home appliance warranty with American home shield,(AHS) New Subscriber and not ware of all the hoops you need to jump through to get a good service company through their system, After getting hosed by another service company i requested that AHS provide me with Service from Energy Smart Engineering, They saved the day, Came out on Christmas Eve, evaluated the problem left by the other company. Removed the broken parts, which are no longer available, took the extra step to fabricate my old parts and replace the fan-reinstall and get my heater back in running cond. Thanks to Johnny and your whole team, Highly recommended by Dan & Susie Cobb
My AC stopped cooling during the heat wave ( more than 110 degree) , I was desperate so I contacted Energy Smart after hours, Willy responded right away and was very nice to come to my house after hours trying to make it work without costing me money. Unfortunately i had a leak and had to change the coil. Willy's team came next day and changed the Coil and fixed the problem, my AC started to work right a way. Willy's team was professional, kind and efficient. I have a full trust in this company and I highly recommend It. If you have issues with your AC and want to be fixed right away then call Energy Smart. Thank you Willy's team. Thank you Energy Smart.

Hallelujah WE HAVE HEAT in house. Been a long 2 weeks cold. If you need a good reliable heating company, Energy Smart is the best in my book. I will always call them for my service, warranty or not. They were on time, reliable, honest, very nice, let me know when they were coming by text, by email. It was an awesome experience from a company. 5 stars ***** all the way. It is more than i expected it is the best I ever have .. timing and professional response and service don’t forget the reasonable charges ( I save $2000 less than the others ). Trust me they did exactly what I need . I recommend them for everyone .
My A/C stopped working on Friday night during the hottest heat wave of the century! I called Energy Smart on Saturday after trying some DIY methods…. I could have had a technician out on Sunday for an emergency call (at a reasonable price), but decided to save a few $$ and waited until Monday. My technician, Tim came out by 11 (quoted time from 10-1). Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and in less than 90 minutes my A/C was back in action. I had called other places in town and could not get scheduled for 9-11 days! Energy Smart took care of me in my time of need. Tim was courteous and professional, as well as friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know what was going on each step of the way. Best of all, he had the necessary part on his truck at a great price. I will sleep good tonight in my cool house. Thanks Tim and thanks Energy Smart!
Needed multiple visits to get the job done and many calls due to poor workmanship and inexperienced techs. The unit kept failing after they "fixed" it. Also office staff avoid calls and are borderline rude. Would never use them again.
Tim, the HVAC tech was professional, explaining everything he was doing and why. This is the beginning of my process with Energy Smart, everyone thus far has been friendly and respectful.
Last year...Guy showed up with no ladder and not enough tools. Had to leave to go get what he needed, twice. We waited hours for him to return. Couldnt fix it. Replaced HVAC and they caused a leak which damaged ceiling. Can't get it fixed because its through the home warranty (which we DID NOT renew) and they gave us the runaround. The PVC pipe running from unit to vent pipe was placed so it sloped back towards unit. I do not recommend this company. This year we hired another AC business to replace our other unit. The difference between these two experiences is night and day. I DO NOT recommend using Energy Smart.
Old Republic scheduled this company to fix ourA/c they never contacted us and could never get passed the answering machine, do not go with this company they won't contact you

I used energy smart for 2 projects; a solar system and AC duct system replacement. They were very helpful. They walked me through different financing options and their prices were competitive to other guys in the market. Solar system was delivered once I got approved for a loan and installed in the second day. They took care of all the paperwork and other county formalities. Solar experience was 5 stars. However it was kind of rough with AC duct system. After installing I wasn't happy with the outcome. When I expressed my concerns the manager himself came and discussed what I need to change. They took care of the changes as I requested. For the manager to promptly address my concerns and do what it takes to satisfy me as a customer indicates good customer service. Highly recommend using them.
