Outstanding response, reasonable price, the owner showed up and was very pleasant. I would recommend them to all my friends.
Called for an estimate. Needed AC service and had a leaking hot water heater tank. Scheduled and appointment for that Friday. They never showed up. Wasted the entire day waiting for them. They should've at least let us know they were running late, couldn't make it and reschedule, or said we don't want your business. We ended up calling Lee's Heating & Air. Their office called the day before to confirm, and called the day of to say they were on the way. " WHAT A BUSINESS CONCEPT!! ". Lee's Heating & Air is the company to go with.
Eric G. Was very professional and offered to help with the replacement of the AC unit. They came out when all the other companies we're too busy. Great price, I have recommended this company to others.

They came over, found my under-slab leak and with-in one day excavated, repaired, and backfilled leaving my floor ready to re-tile. I now only use D&S for all my HVAC and plumbing needs.
He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. When he needed to replace a small pipe he got the part very quickly, and still completed the job in 2 hours as planned. Highly recommended.
They were horrible they didn't help at all !!!! N still charged us $89.00 for nothing we haven't hot water in our bathroom sinks n they act like they were doing something i was standing near watching they left ,still no hot water !!!!! they didn't wear a mask either i disaffected both bath rooms ,it was two young adults dress so poorly never again! I give them 0 stars ! But won't allow !
I had a clog in my sewer line. He came out on a Monday morning and was able to clear it fast. He also gave me a recommendation for a product that would help with the roots in my lines. Update. He didn't clean it out good enough. It's clogged again after 1 week
Did business with Daniel the owner charge me for a new register after I pay them for register and then he takes them the ol register that I bought from him and says you don't need it I can always use it after I paid for it you should have left it here

Tl;dr: punctual, knowledgable, professional, friendly, cost-effective! Had a bad leak in an iron drain pipe (with concrete slab foundation) and they were able to give a rough estimate over the phone (with the possibility of increase if they couldn't easily access a structurally sound portion of pipe. I called at like 6 yesterday and they were out to fix it today which was great because I couldn't use my kitchen or bathroom sinks as they both used this drain! Angel came within the timeframe they gave and was very professional and knowledgable! He worked really hard to make sure everything was done right and did a wonderful job! Would absolutely recommend D&S to anyone and everyone!

Hands down this is the best plumber I have dealt with to date. Starting from the customer service when I called, to the response time to my house I praise this company. The employee, Eric, who came out was extremely friendly and efficient. He tried everything he could before calling his boss. When the boss responded with another trouble shooting idea, Eric tried it and it worked!!! Unbelievable teamwork! Great job D&S and thank you for fixing my issue

Needed a wall heater controller upgrade. They came out on time for a diagnostic and identified the solution in about 15 minutes. The parts were ordered and within a week, they returned (on time) and did a top-notch job for a reasonable price. They were there for as long as it took and were very professional. Also, their diagnostic fee was very reasonable and was waived in lieu of the job.
