At this moment, I'm sharing five stars for Serena, the Customer Service assistant who answered my initial phone call. I have not used this company yet, but Serena set up an appointment for a representative to come to our house In a few days and give us a quote on a whole new system. As I wrote, this is for Serena. For years, I have been trying to find a reputable company to install what I consider a major component within our home. This has been a very frustrating experience. Most of my phone call with Serena was about my frustrations with other companies, etc., and that I was hoping to not have that experience with her company. She did not try to cut me off, her tone of voice was as if she understood, she was also apologetic that my experiences have not been good... If she was rolling her eyes on the other end of the line, lol, I couldn't tell, she was as professional and is polite as could be. So, Serena, if you see this, thank you so very much for allowing me to share my frustrations with you. You are definitely the type of a person who companies should have on the line to help with any concerns current customers or soon to be customers may have! Again, thank you! Must appreciatively, Ron.
First Visit (AC Maintenance): On time. The technician (Fermin) was very professional, friendly and respectful in his demeanor. He explained the entire process of the AC Maintenance Service being performed in detail. He even encouraged me to stay and watch the process I guess in the name of transparency. I appreciated that, plus he took multiple photos of all the items he checked using his electronic testing equipment while I left the area temporarily and then he patiently explained what the test readings meant. He completed the AC Maintenance Service without issues and kept the area clean and tidy before leaving. I will definitely call Controlled Climates again for service. Second Visit (Heater Maintenance): On time. We had technician Fermin again which I appreciated for the excellent work completed previously. The work completed today was exceptional just as I reviewed last time (above). Fermin appeared very knowledgeable in his trade and very detail oriented which I appreciate, because I’m like that too. I did mention a family member was still asleep and he took it upon himself to quietly move about and did his work with the minimum amount of noise which I appreciate. So respectful. I truly believe that technician Fermin should be recognized for his overall hard work and his importance to your company Controlled Climates.
Tech came out to estimate cost of ductless air system or a central air system. I waited 3 days for an estimate with no response. So I called . They told me they do not do ductless so they dropped me with no response back! Thank you for leaving me hanging. Then a few days later I called to get an new estimate set up for a central air system. They kept me hanging on the phone then hung up! Really is this a good way to run a business?

Mr Cruz was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. He arrived prior to the appointment time providing excellent communication, observing all COVID-19 precautions, and fulfilled every expectation of a qualified professional. Thank you!
Fermin was here right on the dot and always provides outstanding customer service! He went the extra mile to carefully explain how my use and maintenance would prevent future problems with my HVAC. I'm an extremely happy customer and will continue to use Controlled Climates in the future.
They came to check heater because was told by another company needed new control board but there was nothing wrong with heater. The technician took pictures and showed me everything that he did.
The gentlemen that came out where very professional and friendly. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I would highly recommend them.

We have used Controlled Climates maintenance services many times since they installed out AC unit about 4 years ago. We are very happy with the service they provide. We did not have to wait a long time for them to come to our home. They are reliable and very efficient. Our technician (Fermin Cruz) was very knowledgeable and efficient and explained everything he was doing as he went along.....no surprises. Fast, efficient service with fair prices. Will use them again in all my future air conditioning and heating needs.
These guys are great! They always arrive on time (sometimes even early!) so I'm never waiting around for a possible no-show. They work quickly and give me a thorough rundown on my system's status. Couldn't ask for more!
Great company. Great service beginning with the phone call seeking help. They delivered next day service. Repairs were quick and efficient by a tech who knew what he was doing. Fair prices. I'll call Controlled Climates the next time I need HVAC service.

This company worked with us to get financing for the unexpected but necessary replacement of our heat and air system. They were professional and careful to explain the process, including the financing, the installation and the inspections. And though its very disruptive to install an entirely new system in an old house, they were respectful of our home life and tried to be as non-invasive as possible. The onsite crew was friendly and responsive to questions and suggestions. They went above and beyond to remove old ductwork both in the attic and under the house, and set up a duct line for a future output (for when we enclose our breezeway). They even handled our extremely tight attic space with good humor, even if it was also with a fair amount of grunting and gasping. Would definitely recommend.
Very thorough, knowledgeable and hard working. It was pouring raining and he did such a great job and stayed professional. I am so thankful for Fermin coming out and making sure before he left my family and I had hot water. Will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future.
I was very pleased with Controlled Climates. I contracted with them to install heat pumps for our house. First off, I was very impressed by Brandon who came to look at the job and talked me through all that was necessary and gave me the quote. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and he returned calls with questions very quickly. The installation workers were all friendly and hard working and very careful with the carpets and cleaned up every day before leaving. Everyone I interfaced with was professional and accommodating and really seemed to care about me as a customer. I felt the company went above and beyond to honor our contract and did did excellent work, I would highly recommend Controlled Climates.

Installed split AC in one bedroom. Timely and professional installation. Very happy with service, highly recommend.
Service technicians were on time and communicated well. They performed the services quickly and took the time to answer my questions. They even showed me photos of the unit and the readings they took on their diagnostic equipment. One of the technicians went the extra mile and cleaned my rain gutter after they used the garden hose to wash off the coils on the unit.
