Have been using Controlled Climates for 6 years and am extremely happy with the service they've provided. They've repaired my heating and AC systems a couple of times; and, I have an annual 6-month fall and spring maintenance plan where they inspect and clean my heating and AC units keeping them in operational condition. I highly recommend them for your year-round heating and AC service.
We always depend on Dallas (from Controlled Climates) for our twice a year HVAC maintenance. He is very professional, competent, knowledgeable, tidy, friendly and polite. What more could you ask for? And BTW, 2 other neighbors use Dallas for this same maintenance service. He has earned our complete trust and respect!

Controlled Climate installed our new AC unit a few years ago and they were exceptional. I signed up for the maintenance plan where they come out in the spring and fall for preventative maintenance. Dallas has been our technician and he is exceptional. Answers all of my questions and give me a detailed brief on work completed. It is so nice to have a company that stands behind their work. Highly recommend them.
They're service members are always courteous and polite. They always tell you what they are doing. I also appreciate the reminders that it's time for maintenance check and also send texts to tell you that they're on the way so you know when they're coming

My AC unit was installed in 2017 and didn’t know it needed maintenance (SMH). Got online and started looking for a company that would maintenance my unit and came across Controlled Claimants. The person I spoke to in the office was very kind and got me in quickly. Fermin was my technician and he was on time and explained everything to a T! I would strongly recommend this company based off of my first experience with them.
This company really helped us out, coming over in the evening when our water heater broke. Very professional and informative regarding proper maintenance also.
Very professional, thoroughly trouble shoot heating issue’s from hvac system, zone board and thermostat. Narrowed it down and found the cause of the issue. Replace wire causing short, retested. Everything is running properly now.

They were able to come out the same day on the hottest day of the year after our AC stopped working and was kind enough to do some research on the part and fix it while they were there! Amazing staff and service and great prices!
Ray and Nathan came out on a Saturday to replace a capacitor when we were in the middle of triple digits of heat! They were so thorough and fix the problem! They checked everything out, all the numbers, explained everything and very honest with the charges. Ray the Owner knows what he is doing and Nathan too! Don’t call anyone else to service your problems in heating and cooling! Controlled Climates is your company!!!!
