Anthony fixed our two gas fireplaces and determined and fixed the cause of our furnace smell. He was always on time, professional and very efficient. Excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Our heating unit failed. They were the only one of three companies called to respond immediately with a time and date to do an estimate. They came at the agreed upon time, were professional and timely with the estimate and explanation of the problem. They were able to do the repair the next day. The technician was quick and the work successful.

I am extremely grateful for the dignified manner the owner had getting a professional to my home in less than an hour and totally resolving my family’s problems. Amazing how quick and not to mention the care for customers during these very difficult economic hardships. I have nothing but love and the highest respect for this company. So rare to find great honest people in today’s world. Thank you from my entire household. I can only hope when you all have to do business you all may have a little taste of how important it is to be wonderful to you, as you were not only to me, but another household member at a different resident you helped as well. June 30 2022 ,brother dying of cancer ,hospice care, ac went out. Could not get anyone out for emergency call, until Keith was willing to interrupt busy schedule to help us out this morning .Some companies have a heart, some don't, Thank god for the kind heart of Keith at Calif.Indoor Comfort .I understand this is busy time for AC. companies , but when there is a dying man ,some one has to care enough .Thank you Keith .
After calling and reading reviews of several HVAC companies I decided on California Indoor Comfort and was extremely pleased all-around. Keith (owner) is responsive and considerate, listening carefully to my concerns, which were mainly not having had my A/C unit serviced since 2017. Technician Ping was right on time, spending nearly an hour fully servicing/cleaning the unit and testing indoor temps. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, reassuring me that my unit was in good shape - one less worry is priceless. Fees were comparable to significantly more reasonable than other businesses. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call again should future needs arise.

After a lot of research and comparison of local sources, we purchased a mini-split from CIC. We love it. CIC has worked with us to get the installation just right. They have provided ongoing preventive maintenance and have been on time for both visits. The continue to work with us to diagnose and remediate an issue with the thermostatic control.

Mike did a great job, previously had a different company come out twice to fix my problem unsuccessfully. Mike was able to correctly diagnose the problem, order the proper part and install all in a timely manner.
Parichan Farms has used California Indoor Comfort for several years as I have personally. Their service reps are always personable and professional and neat. Would highly recommend the company.
My gas fireplace was not working. The service technician ( Mike ) came to my house to diagnose the reason why. He discovered that the gas valve had failed and that I needed a new one. He did not have the part on his work van but told me he would find one and get back to me soon. I received a call from him a few days later and he told me that my fireplace was made by a company that was no longer in business but he would look for a compatible valve and call me back. He called me back and told me he found a new valve and he gave me a quote for the cost of the repair. I agreed and he came out that afternoon to install the new part. Even though the service area of my fireplace was very confining, he was able to install the new valve and get my fireplace working again. I was so happy that he was able to make the repair even though my fireplace was 25 years old and the original valve was no longer available. I was impressed by Mike's knowledge and he was very pleasant to work with and I was happy that he was the technician that was dispatched to my home. 5 star rating for Mike and California Indoor Comfort !
