I wanted to share with everyone the awesome experience I had with Raul Garcia with Art Douglas Plumbing. Raul was on time and very friendly and helpful to explain the proceedure of our backflow test. Great customer service from start to finish an excellent company to use when you want the job done right! I would have gave Art Douglas Plumbing 10 stars if we could!
We called Art Douglas out to service our AC unit two days before the heat wave was to hit Fresno with temperatures way above 100 degrees. Mr. Raul Garcia, a master service technician, came over to the house the very next day. He inspected and tested all the parts to make sure that each component was working properly. He measured the PSI of the freon which helps cool the air and he repeatedly checked the temperature of the air coming through the vents, making sure that the air blowing out of the AC was actually cooling to a blissful 70 degrees. Our unit was low on freon. We are 100% satisfied with our service from Art Douglas and we especially appreciate the expertise of Mr. Raul Garcia. Thanks so much!
Raul came on the hottest day of the week!! We had a leaky sprinkler valve. He came as soon as possible and he was very quick efficient. Super dedicated! He was missing some parts but since it was a Saturday he had to go all over the city looking for a place that was open with the parts he needed. Super professional and communicated everything he was doing. Would recommend Raul.
Brad came out to the house and did some repairs to kitchen sink plumbing. He showed up promptly, assessed the problems, explained everything very well and did the repairs. Have used this company before and they are always efficient, friendly and provide great service.
The prices were very less and they were fast at their work.

Brad Watkins put a new wax ring on my toilet. I have had numerous things done by Art Douglas employees. Brad was polite, and very efficient.
Brad Watkins diagnosed my water heater problem and provided me with clear information with my options without pressure. After decided to replace with a new water heater, he efficiently completed the installation so that I was able make an appointment by 3:00pm. Overall, Brad provided excellent customer service and quality.
Art Douglas was amazing. Our AC went out and Raul their representative came out that day and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and as soon as they got the part in Raul was out their to get it installed. The communication and professionalism was great.
Raul came out & evaluated my air breeze, air conditioner & told me what I needed to stay cool for the summer months. I’m very pleased with his expertise service.

We call on Art Douglas twice a year to maintain our air conditioning system in the spring and the heater in the fall. Our technician Raul Garcia is always prompt and professional. He explains the work he did and is very knowledgeable.
The technician Brad Watkins was very informative, and very tidy. He did a great job. I will always call this company when I have a plumbing problem.
Sam the plumber arrived earlier than expected, which was great, came to the door and put booties before entering.He was very professional, polite, courteous, inspected the plumbing situation, and all that needed to be done. He then gave me a detailed estimate of the cost. I wish all contractors had this level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with homeowners as I am a contractor myself….. thank you Art Douglas for great your service!
This Plumbing service is Fantastic! My dad was in need of a plumber immediately. Within an hour a technician was at his home and in less than 15 minutes the issue was solved. As if that wasn't enough, I mentioned a discount I had acquired which was immediately taken off our bill. I highly recommend this service. Fast, Friendly and Efficient.
Prompt service. Seemed knowledgeable and answered questions. Gave great explanations, complete with photos from under the house. Very good cleanup.

Art Douglas came to our place of business to service our plumbing issues that we were experiencing. Brad Watkins was our Representative and he was absolutely amazing and Friendly as can be.
