I had a hot water heater that was not heating. They came out and in 10 minutes gave me an estimate of $1,800 to fix it and $3,000 to put in a new one. Paid them $99.00 for service call. A friend got the part for $200.00 and installed it. You talked about a rip off. Took 40 minutes to replace
Armando Martinez managed to prepare my 2 systems for record breaking heat this summer. Both systems are all cleaned up now from several months of very dusty air. He was on time, worked as quickly as possible as it was only getting hotter. He was very professional.
Kyle and Sebastian were great. Went straight to work getting the maintenance on our ACs completed. Communicated everything really well. Totally appreciate their work. Super positive attitude.
When our a/c fan suddenly stopped in the first days of high heat the response time for Allbritten and Kevin Torres was great. Once he arrived he not only diagnosed and replaced the part needed he was very informative in all details of why it may have happened and what they were doing. He also did a full inspection of our unit to make sure nothing else was in need of repair. Overall had a great experience and would highly recommend.
Dazhon and Josh worked on the plumbing and fixed the problems causing water backup and orders. They did a curtesy check on hot water heater. Helpful plumbing maintenance information was shared. The workers were knowledgeable and professional while doing the job.

Armando was respectful, kind, professional, very knowledgeable, timely in arriving at scheduled appointed time. Armando answered every question I asked and was very expertise and patient in his explanations to the questions I asked him. I was extremely happy with the work he did in servicing the maintenance my air conditioner.

He gave suggestions and options on each step and never pushed us to purchase anything unnecessary. I've always used Albritten after some trial and error with other companies. Albritten may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Never fails, these guys show up and and handle business. Ho the extra mile to make sure your informed before you make any financial decisions. No pressure or scare tactics. I use these guys for my business and home. There talented staff deserve a raise.

Knowledgable and courteous service man. Gave suggestion on our hot water heater, answered all questions and looked around our roof for winter damage for us.
