The important thing is they fixed the stove. However, they dropped the stove on the kitchen floor and broke a corner of the glass off. They made up for it by coming out the next day and gluing the glass back together and giving us the other (2nd broken part) of the stove for free. While this is nice, of course the stove is in slightly worse condition now with the crack in the glass. They should have tools to carefully lift the glass and put it down somewhere safe but they did not really have a process for that, they just leaned it against the fridge. And while I sympathize with how difficult it is to learn a language-- none of the 4 people I spoke with were native English speakers. This made it hard to explain the problem with the stove and understand what they wanted to fix and how it was priced. I might've been better off buying a new stove.
One of the worst ever. They came to repair our furnace but didn’t repair it well the first time. We had to wait in cold for almost 10 days for them to reschedule an appointment. They rescheduled a visit only to cancel in the last minute without any prior notice. We have a 6 month old kid and 70 year old grand parents who had to sleep though the cold only because of the negligence of this company. Their calls go to some customer service who say they will talk to their manager and call back and never call back. Please don’t use them.
We have a refrigeration issue , the noise is like a JET engine , the tech Ben was great , The Company got the part on an hour or so , made emergency appt the next day ! Great service!!
I have good experience with this company on my recent dishwasher repair. They have clear communications to set expectations. They have been on time, good diagnosis of the issue, and fix the problem.
First AC is a great company! The technician who came out to take at look at our heater was very professional, knew exactly what needed to be replaced and for parts and labor it is very affordable!! Highly recommend First AC!!
AVOID THEM BY ALL MEANES! They are thieves and unprofessional. They sent a technician to inspect my oven. The guy sent me a $500 bill to replace the full control panel after 2 minutes of just staring at the oven; no troubleshooting, no probing, no nothing. I used another technician and he literally fixed the oven by resting a tripped breaker. Free of charge. The worst part was that I had to call them multiple times and every time they would explain to me that their technicians are so experienced that they can troubleshoot by just looking (i.e. staring) at the appliance.
Gave a "Heads Up" to their imminent arrival time, and showed up on time. Analysis was done efficiently & correct parts were to be ordered. Gave a reasonable explanation on parts arrival time yet to be determined, but was assured there would be a follow up call when in, to complete the job. All done right in the middle of the arrival window promised. So far, pleased, and looking forward to an "Advance Call" to be informed when the job could be completed . . . ( Since I am out of State (NV) every month. ) I Recommend 1st Appliance Repair! Robert
Available rapidly with an in-depth diagnostic performed and the relevant part ordered. The replacement part was installed effectively at a time that was convenient for my schedule. Great job!!

The technician arrived on time and did a thorough diagnosis of our dishwasher issue and gave advice on how best to use it. He answered all of our questions and let us know which parts might give us trouble in future.
Very bad experience to say the least! Their technician came out the first time repaired our dishwasher. The dishwasher again stopped working three days later— they replaced the drain pump. The second technician didn’t speak a word of English. Then within another 4 days the dishwasher stopped working they did diagnostics on the phone and said the circulation pump needs replacing. They took a deposit from us saying it would be fixed right away. Then they called saying they will go on a three day vacation and can’t replace this pump. Very inefficient because can’t diagnose the problem and are by far the worst appliance repair company I’ve encountered.
Eli was very personable and professional and explained everything that needed to be done which way it would be better too remedy the situation. We have had a couple of problems with this refrigerator throughout the 9 years that we've had it and we'd be better off at buying a standalone freezer. The rest of the refrigerator works well it's just the freezer part.
The repairman arrived punctually. He diagnosed the defect and assessed the cost. He assure that he can return to replace the defective part within 2 days

My A/C went out in a heat wave. Oscar was able to come out the same day! He identified and repaired the problem quickly and effectively.
I had them cone in to check my AC unit which would stop cooling after running for few hours. Oscar explained to me that that was typical of all units. He measured the freon pressure as well as the air temperature and determined that the unit was fine and dis not require any repairs. Very polite and explained things to me. I highly recommend them and will be using for any further appliance repairs that May be needed.
Very very bad experience and even feel this is a scam company. They gave me an estimate for my ac and asked to pay half before fixing. Then they came to fix it and asked for another half. But my ac doesn't work just that night. I then ask them for the refund and they didn't give it back to me. I'm still struggling to ask my money back. Definitely and strongly don't recommend this company.
