They have been assign to us via home warranty company. First they did not show up on appointment date and no communication, when i reached multiple time, they said busy and then showed up next day. Their technician was not at all experienced, i explain the issue and he disagree with me, i insisted to wait little longer to reproduce the issue. then i was able to finally demonstrate him the issue. every single time he was in rush to leave and not interested in investigating the issue. multple time he just went back and put his tools back in car, and when i insisted to investigate the issue he gets his tools again from car. He seems to be biased with his decision and not showing any interest in listening / investigating the issue. finally he agree to the issue to the issue and left the place by sayinhg will explain this to my boss and discuss. as i suspected he just denied my claim and he reported no issues. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
I came home after a week away to a heating system that was out. The coldest week in San Francisco ever! I called many companies and ACE was the only one willing to come out on a weekend. They diagnosed the problem on Saturday (an old and faulty panel and system that had outdated parts that could not be replaced). They returned the next day (Sunday) to install an entirely new system. They arrived at 12:30 pm and worked tirelessly all day until 10:30 pm in order to leave us with heat. I have never seen such a hard worker - really worked non-stop to get it done. Installed a new NEST system and when they left we had a quiet and efficient new system. I was very impressed! There is a 1 year warranty on labor and a 10 year warranty on parts. Incredible! Thank you!
Don't be fooled, this is a 1 man show, and the 'guarantee' is fake. You will never get your money back if he can't fix it. The address on google seems to be the business owners home. We went there to complain about our service, and he answered the door in pajamas, shortly after we called to see why they did not show up to our appointment. I should have stopped there, but I let him work on our commercial air conditioner. He charged us twice as much, and didn't even fix the issue. A real repair man was able to fix our problem for half the cost. Please don't give this person your business, I got ripped off and I hope you won't! It seems that from these other reviews he can do some small repairs, but if he doesn't get it right the first time, you're money is gone and the paper he gives you stating a 'guarantee' is just a piece of paper if the guy never returns your calls.
MJ is very professional, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained me the issue clearly, ordered new parts, installed it as soon as it came and made sure that the issue was resolved. He even contacted a day later to confirm that everything was working properly. I am happy with the service. Thanks MJ and the ACE team.
We called Ace Appliance Repair for our air conditioning problems, that won't run. They gave us a quote and got scheduled right away. A technician named Jon came as scheduled and did a great job for a reasonable price. He went above and beyond to make sure everything is working. He also assured us that if there is any issue we can call him. Although we have a Fidelity National Home Warranty and this repair should be under coverage. However, we were told that the space is tight. We should move the unit out to a large space for their technicians to perform the repairs. We should pay the expenses for the relocation. This is a ridiculous excuse to get out of their responsibility. We spent for 4 months, from May to September during the hot summer, to deal with the warranty company and nothing has been done. We called several other repair companies which take days to schedule an appointment. We will definitely recommend Jon to my friends and family, and keep in good contact with him in the future.
I have used many appliance companies in the past but my experience with ACE has been par excellence. I had Jon my technician come to repair my Thermador refrigerator. Extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and very flexible works with your schedule. Jon is the best guy have used so far till date. He really ensures to understand the problem goes to its root cause and leaves you with a highly satisfactory feeling. He knows his job better than most appliance companies out there, If i have ever a need will close my eyes and use only Jon and recommend him to all my friends and family. Very Skilled and responsive.
I received a quote from Ace at the most reasonable rate most responsively out of all the vendors I contacted on Yelp. MJ came in on the same day after confirming the appointment on the phone. He got the diagnosis done very quick for the AC not running cold. The filter had to be replaced and the thermostat was broken. Within 20 minutes, I returned from Home Depot with the new filter and the thermostat was replaced promptly. Very happy with a working AC again at the end of the day, I can strongly recommend the service.
I can highly recommend ACE Appliance Repair as it successfully repaired my Thermador SS, SxS48" refrigerator-freezer, which became non-operational July 6, 2020 after 12.5 years of service. Not only did Ace give me the lowest estimate of 4 contractors I contacted (approx $1500 to $2500), Manager Al and technician Jon treated me with respect, performed on what they promised, explained what they were doing, and provided no surprises. Its inspection service fee of $65 was lower than most, and was included in final bid price if/when it performs the repair. Be aware that it may take over one week to solicit estimates from various contractors. In my case, the compressor died and one week was needed to find/order & receive the new compressor. When I reported 3 minor issues/concerns after the compressor replacement and line purging of obstructions, they returned in 3 days (July 25, 2020) to re-purge the lines and resolve my issues with no additional cost. Jon was exceptionally responsive and professional. Although there was a delay it was communicated in a timely manner. It was a very simple fix and I only paid the diagnostic fee. Further, he also provided education about the washer and how to check for any dryer duct obstruction.
Called them Saturday 7/11/20 and came same day on time frame given. Service Technician Jon was great. He left to get the material needed and came back again to finish the job the same day, and it was all good. My refrigerator was fixed! I would recommend their services to my friends!

Very happy with the repair done to my AC. Amazing speed and excellent service. Called Saturday late afternoon, and ACE technician arrived in an hour. It only took Al and Alex 2 days from diagnosing the problem, skillfully taking out the broken piece, ordering and picking up the replacement, and then putting it on to ensure the problem is fixed. I would highly recommend ACE Appliance Repair.
My furnace had stopped working. I called them in April 2019 and the guy who came told me the PCB (printed circuit board) was bad. He said only he will order it from a certain supplier and gave me an estimate of about $600 plus labor, totalling $900. The part was much cheaper at Amazon at $150. He said he will not provide any guarantee for it to work if we buy it ourselves. I got suspicious and did not take their service. He charged me $55 for the diagnostics fee. I called another company in July 2019. The person fixed the issue in 15 minutes. The limit switch had shut off as the filter was bad.
Had a great experience with ACE. Called them for a wahser repair and they came the next day. Performed the service professionally and gave me a fair quote.

We call Ace appliance Al came on time ,diagnosis was accurate for our maytag washer and provided estimate was reasonable. Got it fixed same day. Great service .
Called for refrigerator repair. Came out the same day to solve problem. Final total was much less than original quote. Found technician to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. So glad I called them...will certainly use again for any appliance repair we might have.

My washer broke down. I called Ace Appliance Repair. Ace came to check my washer the same day, gave me an accurate diagnosis of the problem right away and fixed it promptly. The tech was nice, very professional and knowledgeable. He cared about helping out customers very much. I'd strongly recommend Ace to people with appliance repair needs. Thank you, Ace!
