The technician, Andrew, was extremely helpful, informative, efficient and polite. He was a delight to have in my home, and I'm sorry he is leaving Command Comfort to move to another state. He is definitely an asset to the company.
Rick was not only on time BUT early. We had an unfortunate install by the building owners contractor on our split system which resulted in a complete breakdown even tho it was less than a year old. Rick was able to rebuild the pump and get it working better than ever. We are a small business retail boutique and we depend on the comfort of our customers to be able to properly shop. Thank you Rick for hanging in with us and delivering above and beyond!

Service person, Jeff, was very professional, communicated to us as he proceeded through maintenance service, testing, recommendations, and maintenance service contract.
The consummate professionals, Rick and Justin, did a complete and thorough job inspecting our AC units in preparation for the summer ahead. Their new maintenance program ensures our investment is always protected and providing us with what we intended to achieve with the system. Update: June 21,2023 Rick, our technician for our A/C Maintenance, was thorough in his inspection. He made recommendations that would keep our A/C units functioning properly. He was also very thoughtful in asking permission to use certain cleaning chemicals, etc before proceeding. We were really impressed. Update: May 26, 2022 We were so happy with our previous installation of the Mitsubishi heat/AC units that we had Command Comfort install units in the remaining three rooms of our house. Like before, we found the team (Jamie, Jack, Rick, Andrew, and Jesse) to be professional and highly skilled. I'd highly recommend them to anyone! November 1, 2022 Well, just had our annual inspection with Rick! Not only do we appreciate the thoroughness of his inspection and attention to detail but he also shares tips to keep our system in top shape!

They are a great company you can trust in maintaining your AC units. Justin throughly complete the diagnostic, fix and resolve the issues. I have the maintenance plan since my units are out of warranty.I have peace of mind having them service them if any issues arises, they are prompt to come out and fix it. Justin plus the staff are friendly, professional and experts in their field.
The whole business experience with Command Comfort was top notch, from quoting by Jamie, to follow up and assistance in getting my HOA to approve it all the way through installation by Jack and his team and follow up with questions I had shortly after installation. I received quotes from two other contractors and was impressed with Command Comforts approach to all aspects of their business. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot express enough how impressed we are with our new ductless heating and AC system. Powerful and quiet. Perfect! However, the best part is the exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Responsive to my many questions before installation day. On day of installation they arrived on time and took great care to wear booties when first coming into the house to not scuff the floors. They immediately put down drop cloths and hung tarp over the sofa and bed. After installation was done they vacuumed the areas they worked in and cleaned up in general. I appreciate the care they showed our house. After they took their time explaining how to properly buse the system and answered my numerous questions. Thanks to Jamie, Jack, and their crew for the fantastic customer service. You represent your company well.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism this company and the crew that came and installed our ductless AC. First, Jamie came in and took a thorough inspection of my house and made some suggestions about where to install. Then, his estimate for the job was closer to my actual budget than the others that came before him. On the day of the installation; Jack, Christian, Naz, and Jesse all came at the time they were suppose to come in and started working immediately. They were able to complete their work in 2 days. They did everything efficiently and cleaned up as soon as they finished. What stood out the most to me was their professionalism and their dedication to their craft. They also answered all of my questions about the unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about going ductless.
Great experience! My technician Jack was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient in answering all of my questions. I’ve had a lot issues in the past with my HVAC unit, but glad I went with Command Comfort and got my unit fixed right before start of a hot summer.
I had two repairmen Jack and Eduardo and they both were excellent! Always courteous and respectful of me and my home. Explain things clearly and help through my problems.
Jack called 30 mins before arrival and assessed the problem and quickly corrected the issue.
Came to these guys with a unique AC problem on an RV and they were the only ones happy to help. Highly recommend!
