Wow! Have used MANY plumbers over the years, and let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY from the service with Coast, specifically with David H, and also, over the phone with Lucy. They were VERY accommodating , kind and prompt! Lucy was great on the phone, and was able to work around my schedule, and acted fast! They work Saturdays, and provided a fantastic value (unlike others I have used that hit you for a premium rate on Saturdays)! When it was time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call letting me know the Technician was on his way. This allowed me to not have to wait at home all day on a Saturday. Super convenient! Upon arrival, David was very kind and professional, was able to help me and provide insight and clarity with both an A/C and plumbing problem I had. He cleared everything up. I was amazed at how fast he work, how kind he was, and how AFFORDABLE this company is with everything provided. I am honestly PUMPED to have found these guys! Made my weekend! OUTSTANDING JOB!!!! 5 STARS FOR COAST!!!!
Not very responsive, especially for emergencies and when you really need them. Will then lie with false excuses for not showing up. Save yourself grief and money by using someone else.
My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote. Super professional also. I've already scheduled them to do some work on my house.
Had an issue with a toilet not functioning as it should. Ken took a look and guided me to not having to replace immediately and which toilet to consider next time. The same as I have.. it's just outlived it's days. He was kind and caring and knew a lot about the different manufacturers. I've used So Coast Plumbing before and have always had great service!

A Coast Plumbing tech worked on my faulty water heater and was knowledgeable enough to explain various options and scenarios to address it. I opted for a replacement after being pleasantly surprised at the low cost and the fact he could replace it the same day. Amazing service - same day!!! I was very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Coast Plumbing Heating and Air for any of the services they provide.
I used Coast Plumbing to replace my water heater that broken and they showed up and had it fixed the same day. They were professional and helped answer any questions I had. Would go back for great value and quality services
The water heater was leaking. We called on a Saturday and got the best service you could ever have. They arrived in 1 & 1/2 hour gave us a reasonable estimate and had the job done before 2:00 P. M.
David was the best. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Made my day.
Coast plumbing was awesome. I had a coupon for a free snake I was sure it would cost me something. Not so cleaned the drain and didn't charge me a dime.. Very professional and nice. Fixed my toilet without taking it apart and charging me small fortune. Can't beat their honesty. I would highly recommend them.

Office scheduled same day. Diagnostic accurate and thorough, ordered new part. Picked up and installed the new part, worked great! We have been using them for years. Technician was friendly and got his job done quickly. Extremely knowledgable. Didn’t try and sell me a whole new system, just fixed what was broken. Thanks guys!
These guys did an awesome job of fixing a clogged drain in our shower. They were right on time, came as soon as I needed them, and were friendly and professional! And the cost was fair. I would definitely use them again.

I don't recall how I found this plumbing service, but I'm certainly glad I did. I've had them out three times in 6 years to clean out a main drain. I've always been impressed by the guys who respond to the service call. They're clean, cheerful, and explain what they're doing. The price is definitely right, and the results are great.
16 years ago, my water heater died. Called up Coast, they came promptly, installed a GE (Rheem) 40k btu 9-year, and it ran until now on soft water without doing any maintenance. Called up Coast again at 8 am, they promptly came within 45 minutes, inspected, quoted, then called for all the parts to be brought over by another employee. They installed a Bradford White 34k btu 6-year, two new 1/4 turn ball valves to replace the decades-corroded old one and add a valve, and 3 hours & $1,500~ later, all done with hot water again! No issues, did a good job, wore masks and distanced. ( New CA energy-saving water heaters are digitally controlled, so they might less reliable due to more electronics while using less gas over the years - who knows? The BW is rated at 15% less btu than the GE, so I'll have to wait a decade and see. ) ( Temperature was set two notches higher at the hotter 150-160F range, which is above the 125F Hot mark. This was Nice of them - research "hot water heater bacteria" and you'll understand the balance between saving energy and killer deadly bacteria that can grow if the water heater temperature is too low. )
I've been a customer of Coast Plumbing for at least 8 years after having used other plumbers with poor results. Coast is always on time, professional and honest about my plumbing concerns. Every Coast team member I've interacted with over these years has given great advice and suggests ways to conserve $$ such as preventative maintenance. Coast is my go to for all my plumbing needs.
