Don repaired an electrical problem with our semi-old combined AC and heating unit. As we talked through updating and splitting our upstairs and downstairs heating/cooling, he discovered completely disconnected ducts to some of the upstairs vents and repaired those. Honest broker, and fair prices. Recommend.
I had my new heating and air conditioning system installed in one day. Don arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon. He started work immediately. He was very pleasant and professional. Don the man saved the day! He is knowledgeable figured out my problem sump wire heater issue even saw a rat chewed a little wire he put some electric tape . Don was so generous he even looked at my furnace and fixed my furnace electrical cleaner for free! Because I couldn't get the attachment on. Don even came out same day on a Saturday. Very honest man! I felt was really trying to save me money and said I didn't need a deep cleaning on my furnace. Don is a man you can trust! He is not out to take advantage of you! Very good man. Highly recommend
Best HVAC experience we’ve had! We found Don and his team to be trustworthy, fair, responsive and professional. With their install we went from an HVAC system that died every Summer and a heater that was a fire/carbon monoxide danger to a reliable, money saving, quieter and all around better functioning and much more comfortable system. Don and Dan did a great job getting us a new Heat Pump to replace our old gas heater and new dual zone venting and controls. Much more efficient now and saving $100/month. Don was very responsive and easy to work with.

Castle Heating in air conditioning Overquite a few years I have multiple Rentals and hes always been quick to respond and I also use them at my home.Don is polite professional,arives on time, The price was much less than anticipated and they did everything they said they would do. I'm a 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend them for service. Your existing unit or for a replacement.
Really impressive with Don and his services. Came out same day for an issue with our condensation duct leaking, and had things repaired in a timely fashion. Was very professional and continued to follow up for days after the problem to make sure things were working properly. Will be using again in the future!
Don cassel is a thorough professional and he did a very clean job in installing the HVAC system at our home in February 2020. Recently when the thermostat failed he came in person and replaced it with no charge to us. We are so pleased with Don's services.

I was having a problem with my furnace and I called Cassel. They came out the same day with in two hours and fixed the problem. Very happy with the service and price was very reasonable.
Don just gets it done!!!! ❤️ It's been weeks dealing with other companies. Don did more in six hours than what two big box companies couldn't achieve over 6 weeks. Thank you!!!! I had previously tried two big box hvac companies to to come out and fix a heater on one property and air conditioner on another property. To keep this story short. For each property they each made it a hassle scheduling for a quote with myself and tenants then try to sell you something in addition to the problem and then take weeks to coordinate another time which they may or may not show up which both companies rescheduled after all the hassle of coordination. I got frustrated and thank God I came by Don Castle's number.
My partner and I are new to Fair Oaks. We had only been living in our new home for about a month when our AC stopped working account of the triple-digit week-long heat wave. I attempted to fix it myself with the limited knowledge I have of AC condenser units. Being supporters of local businesses, we called Cassel, initially asking for parts. Don informed me that he doesn't sell parts, but there was a semi-local store where I could find what I was looking for. After replacing those parts, the unit still wasn't working, so I called Don back for a professional repair. After troubleshooting to find the root of the problem, Don was able to track down the part we needed within a couple hours. He came back during the peak heat of the day and got our AC up and running again. These were extreme temperatures, extreme circumstances, limited parts availability, and Don still made sure we had a working unit by the end of the day. Thank you Don for treating our family like family! We will be using Cassel AC & Heating for all our future service needs.

Could not be happier. AC died and it was 87 degrees in my house overnight. Torture!!! I called 10 different places and none of them could get to me today. I called Cassel and by the grace of God they just had an appointment free up. Super easy to do business with and left me nice and cool again. Thank you guys!
On the hottest day in recent history, Don came to our rescue! I came home early from my office due to the excessive heat only to find out that my A/C at home wasn't working. I did a quick Google search and found Don. Spent a few minutes reading reviews and called thinking he would be much too busy and I would have to call several repair companies. Don not only picked up right away but was kind and courteous and honest. Due to the location of our HVAC system, he asked if he could come a little later. The fact that he could come that day was enough for me so I agreed. He arrived promptly at the time he gave me and was very efficient with locating the issue and making the repair. Within the hour, my house had cooled down completely and my kids and dogs were super happy! He offered a very fair price and we were happy to pay it. We will be calling again when our system from 1994 has another issue! Thank you, Don, for providing such a great service!
My A/C stopped working when it was 115 degrees in Sacramento. Don came out in the evening a few hours after I called him. He diagnosed the issue to be a bad capacitor. Don replaced it and the AC is working. My family and I really appreciate his professionalism and amazing customer service. Thank you Don!
I contacted Don on a Friday morning at 7am. He showed up at my house that morning and had my AC unit fixed by 10am. Very responsive and professional. 5 Stars !!
Donald was friendly, informative, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our AC unit quickly. He charged for his excellent work, but advised me on other areas to improve my HVAC system for free, even going so far as to send me links to products I could purchase, at no direct benefit to him. THAT is someone who cares about their customers, folks. Call him first before anyone else.
