Oh my goodness. These folks are by far the most kind and sweetest folks ever! I needed my a/c unit serviced and technician Jim Waters was absolutely kind, prompt and pleasant.
Air Conditioner wasn't working correctly right before a nasty Sacramento heat wave. Teresa was courteous and very helpful in working us into their busy schedule. Steven came out in the scheduled time frame. He was friendly and professional. Luckily for us it was just a clogged drain pipe. He resolved the issue quickly. He fired up the AC and the house slowly began to cool down. We would recommend them and would use them again in the future if needed.
Steven was amazing!! He came to help on his actual day off! Although my ac could not be fixed today he gave me additional information to help keep my home cool until they are able to come back!! I would recommended Steven and Teresa, she also was great with the additional questions I needed help with! I would refer this company to anyone.
I am so grateful to have found Absolute Comfort! They are honest, thorough and very knowledgeable. I am happy knowing my AC will have no issues this summer! They were able to accommodate my schedule and let me know when they were on their way! I highly recommend their service!

We had a great experience with Steven as a result of the service from Absolute Comfort. We were looking to upgrade our NEST smart thermostat to an Ecobee that had more capabilities. It appeared that there was no Common wire to use to hook it up and called over to Connected Technology who referred us to Absolute Comfort. Steven was great and right on time with the expected arrival period. He explained every step of what he was doing and was able to get things hooked up and running quickly. We do have an older air conditioner/furnace that we will have to be replaced at some point and given just this simple service, we are looking forward to working with them again. Absolute Comfort really should change their name to Absolute Joy because that is what working with them and with Steven in particular was.
THE BEST AROUND!! So, after finding out I needed a new ac/heating unit, which no one wants to hear. I was nervous, scared and freaking out about how I was gonna come up with that kind of money. Jennifer, Theresa, Kristina and Chad got to work and helped me out with any and all questions I had. It was from that point on they made my experience easy and pleasant. With in a day I had my paperwork, appointments and the technicians coming out to my house the next day to put in a new unit. Thank you all for making my experience a great one. Definitely A+ 😎
Jim, from Absolute Comfort Heating & Air was a true Professional! What a very nice gentleman! He was very personable, with a great attitude and personality! He put me right at ease, he was very open and very honest, and I appreciated that very much. His 40 years of expertise, and service in the industry was clearly demonstrated by his ability to promptly diagnose and solve my problem. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. The team at Absolute Comfort Heating and Air were amazing. The install manager, Jacob , went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our install. He clearly communicated with us throughout the whole process and explained what they were doing and why. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family if and when a future heating or AC unit need arises.
We had a great experience with Steven. Our air was not working and we were in a stressful situation. Steven had a calm professional work ethic, which put us at ease. He provided excellent work and answered questions. Got a/c going! Yeah!!! Probably will need new unit soon as it is 22+ years old. He gave us a quote that was very reasonable. Felt like we were dealing with a honest company. We will definitely refer to friends. I’m glad we called !

Special thanks and gratitude to the assistance of coordinating representatives Kristina and Theresa- extremely sensitive in dealing w client matters and addressing the services needs of my family to restore heat to our home! I loath chasing down vendors for follow-up, follow-through- any information really. Both were incredibly proactive and responsive w coordinating and relaying updates to ensure accurate abs complete hassle free service received!
I have worked with Absolute a number of times with several properties. This Company is far and away the best. They are responsive, have great customer service and the techs are all well schooled and great guys. I always enjoy talking to Jennifer, the Customer Service advisor, she understands our needs and is all over it. Thanks ! My last post was 3 years ago and it was 5 stars - It still is 5 Stars!! I have 5 homes that Absolute Comfort service for me along with 3 commercial buildings.These guys are top notch. I wish I could say more about how they are prompt, communicate very well (almost too well) and really understand the HVAC systems. On all 8 of these properties, there are at least 6 different types of system, some heat pump, some standard HVAC and various brands and locations in the buildings. They have always found reslution to our problems and are very competetively priced. I have used other "Big name" companies in the past and these folks are the best. I know that parts are more difficult to acquire these days but they always seem to find what it needed and if they cannot source something, they let me know. 3/23 - We had a commercial water heater go out and it was going to take quite a while to get it repaired so I thought - maybe this is something the Heating/Air guys can handle because it works just like a gas furnace. Sure enough - they sent Steven out and he replaced a pilot assembly and "Yes!! hot water again" Cannot say enough good things about these guys!
I called his company told him exactly what I needed. She confirmed with her supervisor manager, or whoever it was and said that they were able to use it and I told him exactly what kind of a unit I have and what I am using it for and that I only use this refrigerator two days out of the year And that I don’t need it to be full. I just need it to be to the point where it’s getting cold and it will last me for two days out of the year after wasting my time for 10 minutes she goes back and says oh we don’t do refrigerator coolant and yet I told her from the beginning that it is for a refrigerator she tries to deny that I ever said that And yet that’s how I started the whole conversation just to make sure that they can work on that type of a HVAC system. Why confirm the type of coolant when I tell you exactly what type of system it is and what it’s used for and then turn around and tell me we don’t do that. Are you not knowledgeable about the company that you work for maybe you shouldn’t be working there , she would not let me talk kept talking over me when I’m trying to explain to her the entire conversation and how I did tell her what exactly I need it done. Hence the reason she gave me pricing. Save your breath and your money on this company because they have no customer service and clearly forget your entire conversation.
I called just before Thanksgiving knowing that my mother was coming to stay with us and that the HVAC system was probably not salvageable after too many years of neglect. Dave and his team showed up on time, diagnosed multiple problems with the old system and presented me with a fair price on a new system and ductwork to correct air flow issues. I still cannot believe they got it installed before Thanksgiving!!!!! What a great job, what great solutions to the problems of the old system, WOW what great technicians. My family could not be more pleased with the job Absolute Comfort Heating and Air did for us and we strongly recommend them to your family.
I can’t even express how much I appreciate all of these guys and their office. From setting up an appointment to the overall labor process. Wow, wow, wow. They helped my condo feel brand new again with the new AC unit they installed. It took lots of patience and hard work but they did it! They killed it! So HUGE shout out to them for helping us from day one. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I highly recommend them.
