My mother in law recommended using RC and so I've been using them for all my needs with ac and heating. Mr. Canalez has gone above and beyond with his services. I will never use any other company. I highly recommend them, you won't be sorry.

Not recommended for sub-par post sale service. I received RC AC's name from my realtor for new AC installation in the Spring of 2015. Aside from RC AC, I also interviewed two other vendors. I awarded RC AC the bid because they seemed to know AC very well. Due to cool weather, we didn't test the AC extensively. The issue started to show up when the temperature started to hit the 80s in July. First the AC stopped working because my ductwork failed, we called Richard for a quote for duct replacement, but this time it took him close to one week to create me a quote which contained no statement of work; all while my tenant roasted in the 90s. We eventually hired someone else because the lack of statement of work made us nervous. One month later, our condensate pump failed and we called RC AC for repair again; he said that he will come the next day (Friday) between 9am and 10am and I passed this message to my tenant. The poor tenant took time off from work to sit at home waited and waited until 11am for the repairman that never came. I texted RC at 11am only to found out that he can't make it on Friday and he wanted to reschedule the appointment for the Monday after. We would have been less angry should RC had notified me the cancellation prior to 9am, but it seemed like he rather waste the customer's time instead of taking a few seconds to send a short text about the cancellation. So in additional of having an AC that needs work, I have an angry tenant. If I knew that RC had such horrible post sale service, I don't think I would have hired them in the first place. Big Big mistake on my part.
